Useless
Worst app ever. Can’t even login. I called the customer service line, and they told me there was nothing I could do but wait an hour then try back again. Waited an hour and it still didn’t work.
When I logged in before, I had to verify my identity for a card using an outdated email. So frustrating I can’t verify via my phone number, or even use it for its intended purpose.
Also why the heck are there two apps for the same credit union? This is the worst app ever. At least make the app do what it’s designed to do.

Can’t even put in my card
The user interface is terribly designed. I can’t even select or enter the state registered on my card. Ridiculous.
Complete Garbage
Use the card manager they say. Wish I could.

Have to constantly reinstall the app when it logs out
The app crashes when it loses persistent data. It does not gracefully go back to the login screen, instead, informs me that session is failed, and then I have to delete the app reinstall it and re-login that way. This is happened at least 10 times in the last two months.
