Transfer money page not functional
The transfer money page continues to have glitches like every credit union that uses this software where one cannot see any accounts on the transfer money page. Users have to log out and try 5 times before you get lucky and the accounts show up on the drop down. I’m using the newest Apple phone with app updated.

A good credit union app
So I got this app because I have a debit card so yeah I really like this app it is because it is so easy to set the app up
Good but bad
It was a great app but, for my son he had some blocked websites so it wouldn’t load for him.

Great credit union. I like the service and friendly atmosphere. They have never let me down. I have been with them for a long time. I was always greeted with a smile.

Easy to use and great customer service!
Poor accessibility
This app needs to be reworked and made more user friendly. I like the benefits Canyon View offers, however it is such a pain trying to find your account number all in one place. Automatic payments are also made needlessly hard when comparing to Wells Fargo and their app. Please, I want to transition to this credit union, but not if I’m gonna be charged late fees for something that could’ve been on an automatic payment.

Recurring loan payments process = bad
Finding and setting up recurring loan payments is a pretty bad process. If you do manage to have success, you can’t modify or update the existing loan payment, you have to cancel and go through the whole painful process all over again…

Much much faster and smoother than using a banking site.

Hard to find information and control automatic payments.
Why did you change it?
I do not like how it’s changed. I do not like how the debits and credit show up in my checking, etc, accounts they used to show up clearly. NOW they don’t show up so great, I like more of a distinct printing, or look between them, Yes I understand how it works And yes, I understand which ones are the debits and which ones are the credits… but I liked the other way before you changed it better !
I just don’t care for any of the changes really that you’ve made in the app. I feel like somebody has bought out or taken over university Credit Union because of all the big changes. I’m not happy with that either.
