FaceID and Transaction History

App does not support Face ID with iPhone 14. Should be updated. Also don’t like looking at a specific transaction and then being bumped back to the beginning transaction instead of back to the transaction.

Needs improvement and better testing

The latest update only has TouchID to login as an option for an iPhone 14 Pro Max. TouchID doesn’t exist on this phone.
FaceID was an option on iOS 15 on my old phone.

Constantly crashing

I don’t mind CapFed for banking, but the app is constantly failing me. They have it down for maintenance almost every single night it seems, or for whatever reason it won’t let me log in after 9pm. I like to do a lot of my financial planning and budgeting at night after work and 80% of the time I’m not able to.

Terrible App

As others have noted, Touch ID seldom works and when entering user ID and password instead get error message saying one or both invalid (when they are not) and if one retries a couple times get locked out. Also always get authentication required. What’s that? No other info and only option is is “OK” and thus can’t proceed. If you are going to offer this to your customers make sure it works. Par for the course with Capfed though when it comes to anything innovative or anything to do with automation. Canceled the app, now think it’s time to cancel Capfed altogether. Also, it asks for a nickname in order to send a comment like this but regardless of what one writes, it always says nickname taken, try again! Even totally obscure nicknames, ie: random letters. As mentioned…TERRIBLE!!!

Frustrating

Why is there no ability to see transactions older than 90 days? Do I really have to go to the bank in person for this? Systems integration needs to be a priority.
