After speaking with Dr. Smith and verifying my suspicions I feel relieved and am so glad I tried this app! Dr. Smith had great customer service and caring attitude thank you! I am out of town and not able to see my family physician so this option was fantastic!

The doctor was prompt, kind and efficient. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen from the comfort of my home. I highly recommend this service.

Saves time / money
Quick and easy to use.
Payment issue needs fixed
Every time we try to add a payment method (card) to the app it tries to process a charge with no amount. My bank catches this as fraud and locks my card until they can verify what the app is doing and if I authorized it. Please fix this, it’s not that hard.

Amazing doctor!!! There is not much more Incan say. He listens, gives sound, logical advice, and is empathic. I don’t think there are better values in a doctor! I will look for him if I need virtual services again:)
Keeps crashing
I try to open the app on my iphone and it crashes when I open the app. I have updated the app and ios, cleared the cachr, restarted my phone. It doesn’t work at all.

Being able to see the doctor without leaving you couch is amazing. I love this service.
Went pretty well
I haven’t don’t this before. But of course I have to come down with Covid on the weekend, and I wanted the prescription Paxlovid. So far so good. Looking forward to the bill.
Don’t waste your time…
Very poor app. When you sign up, you are presented with a bunch of different providers that you can select to see, and you enter their “waiting room.” The app lets you know how many patients are ahead of you. However, when I signed in, there was only one provider that was online and 3 patients waiting before me. I waited two hours and then decided to cancel my visit, only to find out that the provider was no longer online anyhow. I was never notified and wasted a lot of time, and didn’t even get to see a provider. Capital Blue shouldn’t have 24/7 access if they can’t have sufficient providers.

So easy when you are sick
The questions before I saw the doctor are easy to answer and the virtual assistant did its job. I was done in less than 10 minutes. I can't drive to an urgent care in 10 minutes let alone the wait to see someone, grab medicine and come back home. This is so convenient when you are sick. My fiancée willPick up my medication and I will start treatment within the hour. Dr. Eisenberg was pleasant, efficient and got me through the session with ease. He didn't rush, made sure I was not allergic to the medicine that I knew of and allowed me to ask any questions when he was done. Way to go, Blue Cross!! This is why I stay.

Quick relief from home
As a full time student with a part time job, I didn’t want to take the time to drive across town to a doctor and wait using up my precious time. The medical care I got from virtual care is exactly what I needed. Many questions were asked and the nurse new exactly what I needed. A prescription was sent to get me to my best. Very thankful for this wonderful care!
