Terrible
Cant even enter the address to get picked up. And I checked if it was supposed to be specific but that still didn’t help.
Abysmal
Having used Capital for 5 years and only them, after today’s service I will never use them again. Twice I booked a taxi on their app- I received absolute NO notifications that either bookings were cancelled. We waited 20 minutes, in the cold and rain and I have bad sciatica at the moment so i was in excruciating pain waiting. Finally I rang, when there was no updates on the app. I was polite and explained that there maybe there was a problem with the app to be talked over and interrupted by THE most ignorant, rude dispatcher! God knows what this woman is doing working in customer service! She’d be better off working somewhere you don’t have to work with people!! She would not let me talk, tried to fob me off with excuse and was the most unhelpful person I have ever come across! She wouldn’t even let me talk to explain the situation properly!! Added to the fact this cardiff based company has no taxis for central cardiff is just ridiculous!! They’ve lost a good faithful customer today

I have used the Capital Cabs upgrade for years but hate the new version...
Much less user friendly and not very informative. You have no idea how long the cab will take to arrive when you make the booking and payment through the app is really difficult - haven’t succeeded yet so have gone back to paying in cash. This really was a case of don’t reinvent the wheel...

Cancels bookings with no explanation
I tried to book a taxi - receieved a “booked” text message and then a “successfully cancelled” message within a few minutes with no action from me. Truly awful service. Use someone else.

I have been using their service a few times and was always happy. The app works quite fine and the cabs are quite on time. I am very happy with their service.

Can't add a credit card. Keeps displaying an error, makes it pointless using it.

Was great the first time I used it. Then I found that they were charging higher prices than their estimated charges. I found that as they thought I was reliant on the service they could charge me a higher premium than their estimated charges. On three occasions they have charged me on average £4 more than what the estimated charges were. When I raised this with the call handler they would say that the app is wrong. Also paying the set amount and then the driver turning off the meter you have no idea if you are being over charged or not. Will not use this service again and would advise people to be wary of it.

Great idea badly realised
It worked fine for a couple of days then list all my favourites & now takes ages to go thru the pages needed to book a cab before timing out at the last step
If bugs were fixed it wud be great, as it stands it easier to just pick up the phone
