Great app and user friendly, after one of the last updates the graphs disappeared

Why do I need to enter a payment card information just to download the app?
APP’s LOGIN NO LONGER WORKS
Now (as of 3/15/2026) unable to login. Password no longer works. Birthdates are overwritten with incorrect ones. App also says Birth Date is “not valid”. Just totally stopped working out of the blue.

I can log into account using their website. Same info used for the app and it has no clue. Just take this off the App Store till you fix it

Can’t Register
I been trying to register for my account for about two months now and I can’t pass the screen for the verification code. I would put in my phone number then i would get the code but the screen won’t move the phone number so i can put in the verification code and then when i go to “skip , mail pin “ I NEVER GET THE PIN. It’s so frustrating i been waiting two month now

I’ve used this app for a couple of months now, and it has never worked smoothly. It almost never opens on the first try, often taking 2–3 attempts just to log in. If the login process itself is this unstable, it raises serious concerns about the security of everything inside. Developers need to treat this as urgent: stability and data protection must come first.

You all are the best
Headache
Terrible app. Couldn’t even log in because the text verification never sent. Feels like they are insulating themselves from being able to get in contact with them. Then, the help line was terribly unresponsive. Employers, I would highly recommend using another provider. Consumers, definitely use someone else!

I’m already enrolled! Just let me see my balance. I have never had good luck with either the web site (oddly hard for me to navigate) or this app (NO WAY TO NAVIGATE). I’m old so that’s probably it.
