The website is easy to use but the app is complete garbage. I have just reset my password on the website but it doesn’t work on the app

App not functional
I have downloaded this application and tried to login with my already registered account and it does not seem to recognize my login. But when I headed to the actual website I was able to login successfully. It does not seem to make sense, but this application needs to be re evaluated before being distributed to users.

Easy to navigate
This app is amazing and pretty easy to navigate. Take advantage of this most jobs don’t have 401k plans.

Why do I need to enter a payment card information just to download the app?
APP’s LOGIN NO LONGER WORKS
Now (as of 3/15/2026) unable to login. Password no longer works. Birthdates are overwritten with incorrect ones. App also says Birth Date is “not valid”. Just totally stopped working out of the blue.

I can log into account using their website. Same info used for the app and it has no clue. Just take this off the App Store till you fix it

Can’t Register
I been trying to register for my account for about two months now and I can’t pass the screen for the verification code. I would put in my phone number then i would get the code but the screen won’t move the phone number so i can put in the verification code and then when i go to “skip , mail pin “ I NEVER GET THE PIN. It’s so frustrating i been waiting two month now

You all are the best
Headache
Terrible app. Couldn’t even log in because the text verification never sent. Feels like they are insulating themselves from being able to get in contact with them. Then, the help line was terribly unresponsive. Employers, I would highly recommend using another provider. Consumers, definitely use someone else!
