Terrible! Use website instead
Monkeys could have written a better app. Instead of making their website responsive design they have this app that doesn’t have all the features such as health documents. I tried to use the apps survey but it’s broken. Terrible- needs to be totally rewritten.
Horrible, clunky app
The app logs you out if you go to home then back to the patient portal. It is also extremely difficult to navigate and do the most basic of actions. What a headache.
Okay app for iPhone
Do not use in ipad. Its brutal as it was developed for iPhone use only. The 3 star rating is because its only on iPhone and after you login to the patient portal its very dull or utilitarian. You can perform functions like view inbox etc but don't expect it to be in color or with graphics. Its basic and serves its purpose.

Patient Portal Issues
There’s a selection for patient portal, but gives a safari issue while using an iOS system on an iPhone. This makes the app literally useless.
Why is it asking me to download safari.
This is IOS app and safari is already installed in all iOS devices. Does the app developer even know which platform they are developing app for?
