It’s 2026!
My hosted alumni email was being shut down, and as we know, even though it’s 2026, Capital One Shopping hasn’t figured out how to safely allow an email change without starting an entire account. However, to redeem rewards you need to verify your email EVERY time. Texts work, guys! I ended up deleting the app because the alumni server hosts were able to get my account opened one last time, but when I went in to redeem my final rewards, they had my account under review AGAIN! ON THE DAY those rewards were finally released and it was the last day I had access to my email. The customer service guy was super dismissive and rude and it was obvious from his response that was a copy paste from the website that he didn’t even properly read my email. I will finish paying off my car loan and be done with Capital One after that.

A Fun Way to shop!
A fun way to shop! And no strings attached. A little challenging to navigate web site and would like to know when certain companies are going to appear on the gift card page, but the not knowing is interesting as well. Highly recommend this to everyone!

Misleading
App says you can save money buying at from another seller. But it's more expensive than what you're looking at. Very misleading. I've yet to save anything with this app.

Where’s my money? You said i could have a $45 bonus via a different app if i installed your app and completed the tasks. I received zero dollars, uninstalled.

Signed up and did everything they asked to redeem a $45 savings, only for them to tell me to login on a computer. It's 2026, a lot of people don't even have a computer anymore, which includes me. Deleting app and I definitely don't recommend.
