Worthless
App is worthless. Only way it connects to phone app is hitting the pair button on the dock box and even the it is iffy. Was hoping to use this feature when coming in or raising lift on way out. No consistency at all. Seems like others who have written reviews are having the same issue. Not sure what this app and/or the components I paid for are gained me.

Never able to connect
Pressing Bluetooth button on unit never brings up any BT devices on my phone or in the app. Not sure this is even a software issue at this point.
Doesn’t work
App won’t connect to controller. Just gets stuck on screen saying connecting. This is on an iPhone 14. Tried using android phone and it connects but crashes as soon as I try to use the lift.
App finicky connecting to controller Bluetooth
App doesn’t seem to connect to controller. Have to manually hit the button on the controller then hit Bluetooth icon on phone app to connect each time of use and I’m than 3ft from the controller. Perhaps I’m doing incorrectly but can’t find a lot of directions online about unit and have connected several times then lock phone or exit app and come back to non working connections. Website directions are pretty generic. It connects ea time I manually press on controller and app so assume I’m doing correctly just appears the app or perhaps controller Bluetooth isn’t all that great! Hopefully controller isn’t as terrible as the Bluetooth TBD!
Did the firmware update when I finally got it to connect so know it’s not a firmware issue.
Hopefully developers will give some insight or look into issues.
