App Poor

This app forces you to use the full screen of the IPad especially in Portrait. It does not allow you to use it in split screen whilst trying to work and read the captions at the same time but forces you to have it in portrait and open at the same time so can’t do your work on the iPad. - I would recommend you speaking to DSA on getting different app because they do not take their feedback seriously at all.

Terrible - app does not record over 36 mins

There is a known flaw in the app for over 6 months where it does not record over 36 mins and there is no information about this. The subscription costs are horrendous compared to the technical issues.

I was provided this as part of my disabled student allowance to suddenly discover this technical issue and I am surprised that Capita, the disability providers on behalf of Students Finance England are allowing this.

This is more stress than support to not have a reliable application.
