Forced to use it - rarely works
This app is unusable. In app you cannot add people to send messages to. It does not notify you when you get a message from a client. It is horrible.

Won’t connect to internet on iPhone 13
Therefore I can’t send and receive messages. Worse than having no solution, note my clients think they can text me but I won’t see them and have a chance to respond.
Not worth the effort
Only works occasionally. Chats and voicemails are delayed on receiving. Contacts did not transfer smoothly.
It is basically a phone. No ability to add a call. Font size is small and cannot adjust. Cannot change ring tone to distinguish from app or phone call.

Horrible service unstable platform
I can’t believe my firm requires me to use this service. Calls drop frequently, we do not receive notifications when sms messages come through, and their web interface is generally unstable.
