Guidance with features
No longer loving the app - no one from support will respond back to me regarding questions. I am over it and will go with another calorie tracker.
Must pay to use without info on $
I love the games where there is motivation to buy your pet something or decorate. Like the apps Finch or Bitepal. However these games have a free version and premium add on features. I chose to use these apps because I got to check them out without premium features and see if this app works for me.
When I got this app I immediately had to do a free trail and I could not see how much the actually cost was. Bitepal does the first year premium $2.99 a month while this app charges that a week. It seems like there is also a $5.99 per month option too.

Guidance with features
I am loving the app, the capybara is adorable. I am having trouble figuring out how to progress to the Amazon fish season even though I have finished with the Atlantic. As well I have not been able to figure out the bing chilling and bonjoir achievements. I contact support and no one responds back.
Very great app
I am using this app with my young daughter for health reasons.This is the only app I’ve found that appropriately calculates an intake for a person her age. (Others calculate unsustainable/unhealthy levels because they are for adults) the only comments I have is that food logging is a little clunky if you are trying to log something a day later it tends to auto add it to the current day, I wish you could edit the date in the “edit entry” section. I also wish more of the food selections could be broken down into gram servings instead of just whole packaged servings

Took my money without notifying me and I’ve contacted multiple times for a refund but they never responded. Do not recommend this app.
Paid app, not free
You can download this app for free, but to actually use it you need to pay for it. It asks you to put in your info (height weight any goals) but that’s as much interaction you get. Then you’re taken to page where you can try to app for $0 but of course that means agreeing to one of the subscription options.

Disappointing
I used this app in the past and it was free and now it’s a subscription that you don’t find out about til after you sign up.
Cute but that’s it
The app itself is adorable. I love animals and the ability to decorate the Capybaras home and change outfits however the food database is not vast, it’s impossible to enter calories accurately for certain things. In general it doesn’t have the things that My Fitness Pal has. I have sent multiple messages to customer support regarding the possibility of a partial refund and get no response whatsoever.

Adorable Calorie Counter
I have already seen progress after a short amount of time using this app. It's so great and really convenient to use! My only wish is that it had better furniture /decor options. It feels like they haven't really given much care or thought to that part of the app, which to me was the selling point. I use the Finch app and it has furniture /clothes for every place you visit and depending on the month. There's a new theme every month and it's super cute! I wish this app had more features like that.

DO NOT PURCHASE
I purchased this app and realized it wasn’t doing what I thought it would. I contacted Support to see if I can get a refund as I only had it for less than a day. No response back no support whatsoever. So I tried to work with the app and use it and was still having issues with it. It wouldn’t save my foods or it would over calculate certain meals. contacted support again and still no response.

Cute design. Liked the friendly feeling interface.
However, two big NOs from me. First is during the initial setup asking for a review. I haven't even gotten to the actual app!
Second, nowhere in the description did I see that a subscription is required to use the app at all.

They don’t break the news to you that you have to pay to use the app until after you’ve named your capybara that broke my heart

This has so many helpful functions! I love how it graphs your progress and offers nutritional ideas for your next meal. I also like how you can turn your progress into cute items for the capybara in the shop! Absolutely great app!
Really fun helps with calorie counting
I love this app it’s a fun way of calorie tracking my only gripe about the app is not being able to add food to previous days meaning I have to add it to the current day If I forget or it’s just after midnight and do mental gymnastics with how much I’ve eaten on the day

No free features
Was hoping this had less in depth free features to try for a while with a view to pay for better features if it had great impact, but no. It's already locking you into a free trial and taking your details before even seeing anything the app has to offer unfortunately. Deleted it as fast as I downloaded. MyFitnessPal will have to do because it's basic feature are free.
