I’ve been using this to track my digestion for awhile now. I started using it for foods but now I mostly use it for BM’s and pain. The summary page doesn’t seem to update my averages in recent months. I have the free version.
Super easy to use and detailed!
Tracking my symptoms has been great. I think the anxiety component of my IBS has reduced by tracking. I do wish there was a way to view the weekly symptom view along with a full listing of all the food you ate. Right now it only shows the ingredients and that isn’t always helpful because how a food is prepared makes a huge difference. (Fast food grilled chicken vs. rotisserie chicken, etc.)

This is the app I’ve been looking for for years. While I don’t mind calorie tracking, I needed something where I could track what I was eating on or around days where my stomach was acting up. Other food trackers don’t have that ability. Being able to track my food, my cycle, my stomach issues, all in one place is a life saver.

I LOVED this app up until recently. Started to glitch & get error messages so I reached out to customer support. Sadly not a great help. They sent me a PDF of my tracking since I’ve been using them since 2023. But the data was all jumbled up & coded onto different pages so not very useful at all. They also advised that this app is going away soon with no updates available any longer. So the errors will continue until it’s gone. No support is planned for this app - don’t waste your time and effort to log - all my data is now lost unfortunately.

Having to enter your daily medication every single day is annoying. Why isn’t there a recurring option? And your FAQ page says “not found” when you try to click on it in the app. Generally just seems buggy, with several pages not loading or not existing.
I’ve been using this app for many years and it has increasingly grown slower. More recently it crashes every time I try to add anything making it virtually unusable. It’s very unfortunate because I depend on this to manage my symptoms.
Has a lot of ways to track different items
I’d definitely recommend
This is a very great app to use! I love it! I can take it to my doctor and talk to them about what I’m eating and my symptoms, etc! Great app!! I recommend this app for people with disabilities!! It’s very easy to understand and do!!
Love all the features and the look of the app however the date is always one day behind. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling it, checking my device, and pretty anything else I could find on the internet to do but nothing has fixed it.
This app has been great for me while I've been dealing with chronic illness. However, I noticed in the last few days that there were glitches in the home screen with showing best/worst day meals. I checked for any app updates I may have missed, and it appears this app has NEVER been updated. Not only that, but trying to contact support leads to a website that isn't in English, so I'm not sure where else to go. This is the only place I've been tracking my info lately, so if support for this app is going to be discontinued, I'd really like to know a way to export and hopefully reuse my data.

I was super excited for this, but when I go to finish making the account, I’m hit with “check your internet connection and try again” but it’s not my internet. I have celiac and was wanting to log my symptoms.
Coming from an IBS girlie! This is by far the BEST app I’ve found for tracking food and symptoms! Customer service and support is amazing & the ability to incorporate my Low FODMAP settings were a game changer! Highly recommend!

Easily track food and symptoms with analysis
This app is excellent for tracking personal health data!
I like the relative ease at which I can log my food, bowel movements, and other things (meds, symptoms), but the symptom score makes no sense and there is not even a FAQ to explain how the symptom score is calculated. My “best days” seem to be days where I had numerous bouts of diarrhea, but I didn’t log things like stress or headaches. So maybe the symptom score is lower? But the main issue I’m trying to address with this app is chronic diarrhea. The foods that I know I ate the day on or before my *actual* worst diarrhea days often seem to show up on my “best days” list. Also, it’s very difficult to share several weeks of data with my doctor unless I send them a link and have them scroll day by day through a user interface with tons of white space and useless charts. I wish I could export the data to excel or to a PDF report that takes all the logged info but makes it a smaller text with less white space so it’s easily skimmable for a busy doctor.
