Hi there, we really appreciate your feedback on our app. The Monash University Low FODMAP Certification Program (which includes the branded products in the app) was developed from consumer demand to help make easy low FODMAP choices. Certified foods are listed to easily identify foods that we have tested/assessed. It is really useful for us to hear about your experience with these in the Food Guide, and we will be sure to share this with the broader team. As for the serve sizes, the first serve of a food is a 'standard serve', and the following serves are based on when the FODMAP content of that food hits the cut-offs for the other traffic lights. There can be small margins between these, which can indicate the concentration of the FODMAPs within that food. Again, we really appreciate the feedback as this helps us work to improve the user experience.
Amazing App

Hi there, thank you for your thoughtful review. We are pleased to hear that the app has been a valuable tool in managing your dietary needs! We appreciate the feedback - we suggest using the filter in the Food Guide to alter the traffic lights, which can help you see which foods contain the FODMAPs you can and cannot tolerate. You can learn more about this here: https://www.monashfodmap.com/blog/setting-filters-on-monash-low-fodmap-app/
