Watch has had two problems
It shut off the first time after I left it on during a shower during the next day in over 90 degree temperature. The second time when I couldn’t get the app to update and I reset the watch. It wouldn’t restart and connect with app on my iPhone 14 that was up to date!
I have had only one e-mail that said I would get help. I sent the help request last Saturday and haven’t heard anything yet about help.
When it works it is great and I still haven’t had any luck getting it reconnected again.

Trash Right Out of The Box
My wife recently got me this as an anniversary present, I had been looking to get a smartwatch but preferred something minimalistic. From most of the reviews I had seen I expected to get a quality watch for 1/4 of the price of mainstream watches. However after receiving the product I wish I had read more of the reviews. I have no problems with the app as it seems to operate as it should, however the watch, X-Ranger, has shown me that there is a reason the big names sell more of their product than others. I have sent an email to their “help” email, which by the way states “Even if we have a higher demand than usual, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible!” It has been 4 business days so far and I have yet to hear anything back from them. Considering email is the only way to contact them I am beginning to wonder if this company hand selects their “ambassadors” to receive their quality and perfectly operating devices, while others are left with, TRASH! I have dealt with other companies who solely communicate via email, and I have always gotten a reply within a few hours, a day later worst case. The big name companies have online support or at least a number to call. At this point I don’t even care about having the watch just due to the customer service, I just want my wife to get the money she wasted on this. If you wanna spend a $150 on a watch that tells time and lets you read messages then this is what you want. Just don’t have high expectations. I would love nothing more than to give this 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option.

Well I tried to return mine! Sent several emails, and then finally got through, they asked for photos, I sent them. Then…….NOTHING! And now it’s past the 45 days to return! Real classy people, real classy!

Refuses to connect
No matter what I do, the CARBINOX watch refuses to connect with my iPhones Bluetooth App. I have tried recycling both many times to no avails. I am about ready to return everything if I cannot get something to work.
Great for a year
The watch is fantastic for about a years duration then the watch only keeps time and the use of the timer apps. The step counter and the heart rate monitor have since stopped working, I no longer get updated messages on my watch sometimes it will ring when I am being called. The big features that Carbinox boasts about stop working after a year. They also have a very short warranty duration.

Need improvement
Pretty expensive watch, its durability is good. the functions as in weather and other stuff never works correctly. You would think for a $200 watch it old more improvements and updates even for the watch faces. Pretty plain Jane. Seems as though you bought it and they don’t care once they get the money.

It’s pretty good
Like others said. Weather location is off even it’s connected accurately. Does not let me read sms like it said it would. Tried setting up and resetting the app/watch numerous times. But overall it is OK. Not what I expected, but you get what you pay for.
Useless
Utter garbage. Won’t connect to watch. Tried both options and it will just “time out “. If this is any indication of the watch performance, the watch will be going back!
Weather location
Watch seems cool. The weather location is not accurate. Would like to display a dial face with the weather on it that is correct.

Shows weather from a different country and can’t change it.

I believe the X ranger watch is outstanding, however, the app seems far from par. I think the user interface could be better, and the weather needs serious help. The temperature is never right, even though location settings, and precise locations are both on. It would also be nice to have a watch dial that displays the current temperature. according to your website, the X Ranger is the most advanced watch you sell however, you have a pro version of the app that does not support the X Ranger not sure why? hopefully there will be an update to address the weather issue and watch faces with the current temperature I believe would be the “icing on the cake” so to speak.

My X Ranger
I love this watch. Been pretty tough. Would like to have BP settings in order to get hourly readings, like it does with O2 levels.

The Ranger X is a fantastic watch. Battery usage and reserves out perform my Apple Watch by 300%
I like the water resistance and super anti scratch as well. I wear a watch all of the time when working on old beater cars, home project, gardening, mowing, or whatever.
Seems pretty accurate with BP, O2, and Heart Rate. I’ve compared them to the high end cuff and high end finger monitor.
The only downside is, the limited apps.

LOVE IT
Love the app. Just hope they plan on adding the ability to answer text in the future. Welder by trade, 12 hours a day. Not a single scratch on my XRanger yet!!!

2. Raise to open does not work, tired to activate in settings, the switch is dead and doesn’t respond.
3. It shipped late when I paid for rush shipping, even though it was refunded it was still a pain and I didn’t get a response until my 5th email.
4. You are inundated with marketing emails as soon as you place the order (aggravating).
5. The step counter does not calculate properly, ex. 1 hour of computer work does not equal 2000 steps.
You get what you pay for I suppose. And this will be a cool watch for my 6 year old. Lesson learned… don’t buy off brand gear.
