Life Changing

This program has made a massive difference in both my wife and myself! We have been subscribed for over two and a half years now, and we have loved it! For my wife, she has always loved pushing the limits and testing physical and mental capacities, so she has thrived and been consistent with this for the entirety of our subscription. For me, while always having been a hunter and active person, I have struggled with discipline and consistency. I have on and off been doing the program, but would end up dropping off. For a variety reasons, and having consistently listened to the MtnTough Podcast, I was really convicted about longevity, and dove into to the training about 8 months ago. My wife and I have really bonded over this, and have both seen tremendous improvement, especially for me in my mindset (and physicality). I have been able to learn how to choose to do the hard things, truly turning floors into ceilings, and live always ready. Thank you for y’all’s programming, it truly has made a huge difference for us!

Great So far!

I'm only two workouts in but really appreciate the on ramp. I used to be in elite shape... 10 years ago. Working to get back that direction but this time stressing long term durability and nutrition habits. Seems like just the place. Would appreciate some notes pages on the nutrition part and some videos on foam roll/dynamic stretching/etc. maybe they're in there and I just haven't found it. Love the podcast, too!

Life Changing

MTN Tough was introduced to me by a friend about 3 years ago. I could not find a good follow along minimal gear program that fit with my outdoor lifestyle. I gave it a try and thankfully have been able to keep up with it. This is the only program I’ve used that hasn’t become boring. The workouts are diverse, you can choose from using no gear to a full outfitted gym. The workouts are not taking up too much time and I feel completely challenged with each program I complete.
There are so many additional perks of the app. I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking for an at home program that is not too intimidating, yet challenging with each workout you select.

Just what I needed!

I weighed in at 245lbs when I started and now weigh in at 200lbs. Great routines with high quality videos and other content. Really like the pdf workouts as well 👍🏼
