This was my first time using a concierge sales service, and I was blown away.
I was just a few hours away from committing to pay $5,000 over sticker price from a local SoCal dealer, when CarBlip’s lead sales concierge responded to my email. I had the pleasure of meeting Mona Morati in the process of finding a new car. I was skeptical at first because I never went though a car service to find a car. the entire process was so quick and so smooth. Mona is AMAZING! Friendly and professional. All she had was a fee questions in Regards to what I was looking for and in only 4 days I had my new car delivered and Im extremely happy with it and in how un stressful and easy it was to get it.. They found what no one else could!
We looked on all of the dealership lots for an EV Plug-In and no one even had one to test drive! We know the chip shortage has taken its toll on most dealerships, but being told we’d have to wait at least 10 months for these types of vehicles was insane when we knew they were out to be had. One Ford agent on a lot told us that they don’t even make those cars anymore- and you can only find them in Europe (he’s been working there for 9 years and is an expert!). Another dealership marked the car up $10k over MARP! That’s like charging $10 for a .50 bottle of water during a draught! CarBlip not only found our vehicle in just a few days of working with them, and at a nearly $5k savings! TBH, I thought it was a joke until they delivered it from 2 hrs away! They perfectly walked us through the paperwork, how the car functions, expectations, and walked us through all of the details expertly. We were so impressed! We couldn’t be happier with our Toyota RAV4 Prime- we will be referring our friends and family on social media to go to CarBlip. We will be back for our next car! Thank you so very much :)

Eric and the crew are the best! Hands down the best! Best service, Best Prices, Best Experience. In with old Jeep out with brand new F150 in less then 25 minutes, no upselling! You have nothing to lose calling for a quote, feel like a VIP no matter what car, truck or SUV you get!

Beware
CarBlip brokered a fair price with a dealer over 1,000 miles from my home. After questioning why they couldn’t find a dealer of closer proximity, I was told not to worry they will take care of everything. After signing my purchase agreement I literally was on my own. The dealer wanted nothing to do with CarBlip and it was up to me to track down this dealership to arrange delivery. It was then up to me to sell my old vehicle which CarBlip committed to coordinate and now it’s up to me to deal with registration. I received a filthy new car that was delivered on an open carrier at a Home Depot parking lot. The good news is that I found the owner’s manual buried in the trunk so I can figure out how to link my phone and use the electronics. This was a tremendous waste of time and a tremendous amount of aggravation. Avoid CarBlip, support your local car dealers and negotiate a fair price. It will be an exponentially better experience. CarBlip is a CarRip.

Easiest way to buy or lease a car
This app made it simple for me to lease a car. Easy to use and it didn’t take but a minute to find and submit an app for the cars I was interested in seeing. 24 hours later, I had my new car delivered to my house. They also dealt with my lease return on the previous car!

I was leasing a C-300 from Mercedes Benz, and unfortunately the lease was up on my car. I went into a dealership to test drive some cars to see what car I wanted next. After being at the dealership for a good eight hours, I got frustrated and went home. I came across the CarBlip app and decided to download it. I searched cars and found the car I wanted. I figured since I had such a hard time at the dealership, this app too would give me a hard time. TALK ABOUT THE EASIEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Eric from CarBlip gave me a call on Monday; discussed all my wants, and by Wednesday I had the car of my dreams. Eric’s customer service, personality, knowledge of the vehicle I wanted, and prompt service was beyond incredible. I literally signed all paperwork and was given the keys to my car in less than 30 mins. I definitely recommend his app, and highly recommend Eric!!!

He had someone delivered the car to my house after work for the test drive. Communication was easy and the responses were straight to the point. Paperwork was way easier than any dealership I've been too and the overall deal was competitive.

I filled out the info, requested ASAP, received an email setting up a phone conversation through another service and when that time came to talk, NOTHING! If this is in any way an indicator of how this company works, run from this app. In the mean time I worked out a deal with a dealership myself, but thought, why not give it a chance. It was hyped up to me at the auto show about how great and simple it was, but guess what, it’s terrible. This is exactly the reason I don’t use service like these. Completely unreliable, and when buying a car, reliability is the number one concern. APP deleted!

This service is a game changer. I got a great deal on a new car with more upgrades than my local dealer had in stock. Impeccable service
I was so intimated by the whole car-leasing process and didn’t really know what I was doing so I decided to download some reputable apps that people had recommended to me (CarBlip being one of them). A representative from Car Blip almost immediately reached out and we had a brief phone call. He explained the service they offer and how the process works. He was extremely helpful and made the process less stressful. I wanted to make a quick decision and he made sure to find me all the information on the offers I needed almost immediately.
