Crashes
This app just crashes when trying to access files. If you’re looking to to Carbonite to safely store your files you are out of luck because the service is useless if you can’t access the files through the web or the app on the iPhone. Going to start researching alternatives again.
Not working anymore
The app has been kicking me out when trying to access a file. Called customer support and they suggested deleting and downloading the app. Worked once to twice and then failed again. It closes each time when trying to access a file.
App Cashes with large files
Trying to view picture files on iPhone device that are larger than 3mb causes the app to crash. Every time!
Used to be great, now terrible!
This used to be a great app but now it keeps crashing on me. First, it requires me to input my credentials even though I have “use biometric data” turned on.
Then when I am in, as soon as I click on “browse all files” the app boots me out and closes itself. I have logging out and back in, I have tried clearing the cache and have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. None of these have fixed the problem.

Close to useless
Crashes constantly and ironically considering its market space.
