Pricey for its shortcomings and dysfunctions

App crashes frequently. Image previews in the app load very slowly. Slow to scroll through photos in a backed up folder in the app. Doesn't automatically backup video files (?!?). Doesn't update backup as frequently or immediately as I need it to, so the files accessed through the app aren't as recent a version as the ones on my laptop. Disappointing to be paying top dollar for this service... would be ok if it was 1/3 the price.

Help

I did click the app support button through the App Store, and it takes me to a “page not found” on your website, so this is the only place I can mention this. The app has been acting up and won't open

No longer works

App for iOS 16 no longer opens. Just spins. This has been the case for over a month. Deleted and reinstalled twice! Renewal date coming soon. If it is still not working, I’ll be switching vendors.
