Not working anymore
The app has been kicking me out when trying to access a file. Called customer support and they suggested deleting and downloading the app. Worked once to twice and then failed again. It closes each time when trying to access a file.
App Cashes with large files
Trying to view picture files on iPhone device that are larger than 3mb causes the app to crash. Every time!
Used to be great, now terrible!
This used to be a great app but now it keeps crashing on me. First, it requires me to input my credentials even though I have “use biometric data” turned on.
Then when I am in, as soon as I click on “browse all files” the app boots me out and closes itself. I have logging out and back in, I have tried clearing the cache and have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. None of these have fixed the problem.

Close to useless
Crashes constantly and ironically considering its market space.
Pricey for its shortcomings and dysfunctions
App crashes frequently. Image previews in the app load very slowly. Slow to scroll through photos in a backed up folder in the app. Doesn't automatically backup video files (?!?). Doesn't update backup as frequently or immediately as I need it to, so the files accessed through the app aren't as recent a version as the ones on my laptop. Disappointing to be paying top dollar for this service... would be ok if it was 1/3 the price.
