Fabulous app i thought its just another time pass third party app then booked and services are really impressive driver called on time arrived on time and driving was professional
Not professional
Car Chalak app is not professionally working they did not update you if they are not having drivers. App didn’t update your booking status. I complained manny times but they didn’t wants to update.

CarChalak is a very useful and reliable app.I am using this app since last five years.
Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible service
I booked a driver through this service yesterday to attend an important event, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The driver claimed that a dog suddenly came in the way, but I did not see any dog at all. Instead, he ended up damaging my car badly — the headlights and fog lights were pushed inside, and there is a big bump on the car body now.
The worst part is their behaviour after the incident. They did not take responsibility, did not offer refund, and simply acted like it was my fault for booking them in the first place. This is completely unacceptable.
I trusted them with my car, and it came back with severe damage.
If you value your vehicle and your peace of mind, please avoid booking with them.
Totally unprofessional, careless, and zero accountability.

Drivers are unprofessional & inexperienced
Gadi chalana sabko aata hai koi rocket science nhi h
But ye log saste ke chakkar kam age ke less experienced drivers rakhte hai
Jinhe sahi se car driver krna nhi aata, mehangi cars ko severe damage pochate h
Inke driver driving se jada phone me khudke matters me busy rhte h
Car ka accident krdete h fir bolte h kuuta aagya tha
