This application is horrible and the service is awful.
Needs improvement
Inconsistent notifications for chat leads. Overall dissatisfied with chat 24 compared to other sources our store has used in the past. Few seconds to take over a chat, seems impossible to take over from an agent once it rolls.
Disappointed and dissatisfied
I have found the app to be inadequate for my needs. It frequently malfunctions, including issues with message notifications that don’t correspond with actual messages and a lack of timely notifications. The app’s performance issues have rendered it ineffective for its intended purpose, particularly in generating leads. As it stands, it occupies valuable space on my phone without delivering any useful functionality. I hope that future updates will address these issues to improve its reliability and usefulness.

Every time I try and open a chat it bugs out and I miss it to someone else.
