Five new study modules, two redrawn hearts, and every scan now measures more. • Five new study modules. ST Segment Deep Dive, QTc Calculation, VT vs SVT (Brugada), Sgarbossa Criteria and Pacemaker Basics, each with its primary sources and something to work with your thumb: a STEMI threshold checker by lead, sex and age, a QTc calculator that runs four formulas side by side and tells you which to trust at that rate, the Brugada algorithm step by step, a Sgarbossa scorer with the Smith ST/S ratio, and a decoder for any three-letter pacemaker mode. Study Modules now counts 13. • Scans measure more. Every analysis now reports the QT interval and derives QTc from it, the P wave duration, the QRS axis on 12-leads, and how confident it is in its own measurements. QTc is judged against sex-specific thresholds once Patient Context has the sex, and a 50 mm/s paper speed set there is applied to every interval. • Conduction System and Coronary Vessels, redrawn. Two new illustrated hearts. The impulse now travels the printed fibres themselves, SA node to the last Purkinje twig, and tapping an artery lights its territory, the leads that show it, the reciprocal leads and the infarct it causes.
