Dear RigbyDa, I’m really sorry for the trouble — I know how frustrating it must be to be stuck on the “Loading ECGs” screen. This definitely isn’t the experience we want for you. I haven’t heard of this specific issue before, so I’d be very interested to understand the circumstances that led to it. In the meantime, please try a full restart of the app (force quit and reopen). If that doesn’t help, uninstalling and reinstalling (rather than just updating) might resolve the problem. Has it started working again in the meantime?
