Bought cardo in the past but now I’ve upgraded my helmet bought the 4x-s but it doubles up in my settings and I can’t pair with a cardo Q3 to shouldn’t be this complicated

Connection is horrible, stops in the middle of the ride. Got a freecom and Definitely returning it.
Honestly shockingly bad
I’ve never experienced connectivity this bad. I swapped my Sena for a Freecom 2x and they never connect in the app. My gf and I have them for our helmets and they connect on Bluetooth but never in the app and they simply do not pair to chat with each other. Absolutely shambolic. Works fine for one rider pairing to the bike and phone but terrible for chatting with another rider. Dreadful experience.

Crazy issues
Audio is awful
I’ve had nothing but trouble with the playback. I can hear music but no words and it constantly sounds like two things are playing at once and I only ever have one app open that plays audio
Very difficult to keep connected
I’d like to have some complete instructions available. I cannot keep the two units connected together, and with no instructions, I end up just pressing buttons hoping for the best.
Needs a lot of help
This has not been a great experience. My husband got me this for Valentines Day and it has not been great.

Bricked Cardo
I used my cardo for listening to audiobooks and music on longer rides and I love it. Some of my friends just got into motorcycles so for the first time I wanted to talk with someone else while riding. Well big mistake. I used the app to setup the comms with the other riders and my cardo is now useless. I have factory reset it multiple times, however, it keeps getting stuck on the same issue. I can no longer even see it in the app. Every time I try to connect it it says no devices found.

Would think they’d have this part of the system dialed in. Not so
Sound level
I have the Cardo pack talk edge the sound level is very low. I’m very disappointed in the options from app they do not make a significant difference to the sound
Pairing is an awful experience
Get a sena5s instead. This is a nightmare.
