Hey Cardo Music on command
I use cardo pro and “Hey Cardo Music on command doesn’t work “ horrible I tried everything my old Cardo Bold was much more responsive.The Comand Hay Cardo Radio on is working without any problems but music not no matter I start the music manually on my iPhone it still doesn’t work I reset language from English UK to US and back again and still the command Hay Cardo Music On doesn’t work very flustering horrible update 😡

Pairing is difficult
We bought the spirit cardio connect about a month and a half ago and every time we go on a ride it takes 15 to 20 minutes to pair the two units. We’ve tried every instruction available and it’s just inconsistent and drops out.

Signal drops constantly
Cardo freecom 4x consistently disconnect from each other on tandem rides. Very glitchy and definitely not worth the money. Constant source of frustration for something that is touted as simple to use.
Instructions
Zero instructions were included in my Cardo unit. Warranty paperwork was sent but so so small I had to take a picture and enlarge,it should be able to read it I realize that there is On-line Help and basically that’s how I got them installed. It would’ve been nice if the Harley dealer could have installed them without my having to make another 80 mile trip. Including Clear Instructions would be nice.

Getting it to connect to my wife’s unit NEXT TO ME usually takes 20 minutes of fighting
Title says it all. Very frustrating. Sena connected 95%of the time seamlessly. I’m not liking Cardo
Rubbish
Can’t turn off voice control. Voice control bad at the best of times. Range is around 30m before it starts to crackle badly. Difficult to use.
So bad.
Why is it always a struggle to connect. A struggle to reconnect. A struggle to use intercom. It’s 2026 and this should be so much better.

Sometimes we sound like robots from lagging it seems (since the last update). But it so little that it doesn’t matter much

Can’t get it to connect to the app
Having trouble getting it to connect to the app, I’ve tried and tried again with nothing working, everything else seems to work fine but I’d love to be able to use what I paid for 🫤

Work out the problems
It’s a whole lot of money to pay for the features you want and then part of those features do not work most of the time. Voice command for instance.
Update ruined Cardo
Forget ever using mesh again. Can’t hear each other. Processor to weak to effectively pull off the auto settings. No amount of manual fiddling helps. Ruined group rides. Ruined. Looking at other solutions. Cardo jumped the shark and is going to get slaughtered in the market. Anyone remember UClear? Here we go.

Latest update doesn’t work
Used to work perfectly before the latest update to 5.4. Deleted my DMC groups, then created new ones, both connected to phone and both say they’re in the new DMC group, but no voice, now I have 2 expensive Cardo packtalk edges that don’t work. Feel like I’ve been robbed.
Feedback
Wasn’t God awful but obviously it was our first day riding so maybe we just don’t know the full capabilities of the unit but when my wife tried to call somebody, the headset went into a major echo like feedback.

I can’t share music. Doesn’t work as advertised. I read the instructions countless times and watched how-to videos countless times. Nothing works
