Pairing to another rider is a nightmare

Bricked Cardo
I used my cardo for listening to audiobooks and music on longer rides and I love it. Some of my friends just got into motorcycles so for the first time I wanted to talk with someone else while riding. Well big mistake. I used the app to setup the comms with the other riders and my cardo is now useless. I have factory reset it multiple times, however, it keeps getting stuck on the same issue. I can no longer even see it in the app. Every time I try to connect it it says no devices found.
Horrible app. Terrible user experience. Would not recommend. I just want to talk to my friends and now I can’t even listen to music.

Would think they’d have this part of the system dialed in. Not so
Sound level
I have the Cardo pack talk edge the sound level is very low. I’m very disappointed in the options from app they do not make a significant difference to the sound
Pairing is an awful experience
Get a sena5s instead. This is a nightmare.

Utter rubbish
Wish I hadn’t paid for this rubbish unit, I’ve had 2 now and they just fail a lot
Sena is better
You can’t answer texts and people can’t hear you on calls if you can get it to even dial them

Very user unfriendly cannot connect 3 riders on the mesh mode spent days trying to sort by resetting device e.t.c basically got a £300 headset the plays music and Tha’s it
Doesn’t work GARBAGE
My phone does detect my cardo freecom 4X, but the cardo application won’t. I did hard reset , forgot device, deinstall app, reinstall, everything. Doesn’t work
Fix the connection issues
Ben using Cardo for years - but now have constant connection Cardo to Cardo and music sharing issues under newest firmware…. You have 1 job… this shouldn’t by like this
