Disappointing
I have the G9 and love to use it, but not being able to upgrade the software in order to use it to my liking, well that’s ridiculous. I’d rather spend money on a Sena or anything other than the Scala to get my monies worth vice constantly upgrading and spending more money! Good bye scala hello SENA!

I recently purchased a Schuberth M1 helmet with the SRCS system installed. The version V1.1 is outdated and will not connect to my iPhone 12 Pro Max. This app showed that it was compatible with the SRCS, but it still will not connect via Bluetooth and there have been no updates to this app in 4+ years. Frustrating to say the least.

Not connecting
Had this with my previous iPhone working.
Changed iPhone to a newer one, and now the application doesn’t recognize my g9 set.
Did a delete and re install, but still not connecting.
G9 unit connects fine to iPhone, just now the smart set app. (Yes,I’m using the good smart set version)

Works well
Downloaded for the G9X which needed a firmware update to be compatible. That done and paired to my phone and all works. It is very easy to set the headset up and even auto tune the radio. 5stars from me.
Won’t Connect
I have the unit that this app says is compatible, I have the latest filmware update, and it still won’t connect. Maybe I now understand why the low rating. Too bad the UI looks better than that other app...

Will not pair with unit. Website will not allow firmware upgrade. (It does not recognise the serial number). A waste of time. The company’s web site says that SmartSet works with the Q1 but it is not listed on the app as being compatible. Something is amiss.
