Complete trash

Junk junk junk. Spent over an hour trying to get this thing to work. It doesn't work. It makes weird noises spins around says it's resetting, but the app can't connect to it. Junk throwing the camera in the trash I will not buy another. Ever.

Does Not Work

Cannot subscribe to the cloud service through the app. The SD card option is buggy and no longer works. Very disappointing.

Connection issue

I’m experiencing an issue where my security camera no longer appears in the app, even though I still receive notifications of human movement. I’ve tried reconnecting the camera several times but it won’t connect. This is very frustrating as I can’t access the live feed or camera settings. Please fix this issue or advice on how to resolve it.

Do not buy these cameras

If I buy the cameras I’m already paying you then I should not have to go thru ads to see my cameras. If the ads are for your app to buy cloud subscription I would understand but to have third party apps this should be banned

Inconsistent

I bought the subscription for 30 days continuous recording and added it to the camera like I was told yet it does not continuously record nor does it allow me to play back when I’m trying to see someone who I don’t know outside my home. This is also why this camera has low reviews and no one is buying them! Do better!!!

Laggy & Crashes

Too many ads ,app is extremely frustrating to use. It lags constantly, crashes most of the time, and takes forever to load the camera feed. The app feels very unstable and unreliable. On top of that, there are way too many ads, which makes the experience even worse. Definitely needs major improvements.

This app is frustrating to use!

Full of ads! Yeah cuz you need to pay subscription. I bought this Alaga home camera for the sake of using an SD card. Always poor connection. I was evem downloaded 100gb of a video game on steam but this app always says poor connection!

Great App, Hoping for a Solution

I have been using three Sfiord cameras with CareCam Pro for a long time, and until a few months ago everything worked perfectly. After the internet disruptions in Iran, all three cameras lost connection to the CareCam Pro servers and can no longer reconnect or scan the QR code. The Windows version of the software also fails to log in without showing any error message. Because all three devices stopped working at the same time, I believe this is a server or connectivity issue rather than a hardware problem. I was frustrated when I originally left my review, but I have now contacted the developer and hope this issue can be resolved. I have always been satisfied with CareCam Pro and would like to continue using it if access can be restored. I will gladly update my rating once the problem is fixed.

Pessimo dispositivo

App não funciona, muitos comerciais e a câmera nunca está registrando… não compre… se já comprou devolva ou troque por qualquer outra coisa… um lixo!!!

Too many ads

I downloaded this app because the web cam instructions told me too when I bought the camera, but it is filled with too many ads some ads you have to wait two or three minutes before you can see your camera and there’s so many pop-ups that is frustrating… that I just close the app. I do not recommend this app with your WebCam whatever you bought with it. Maybe there’s another service out there, but I’m definitely gonna look for one.

Anúncios inúteis, aplicativo LIXO

Tento visualizar minhas câmeras e não consigo pelo excesso de propagandas de jogos LIXO…. Vou ter que substituir 6 câmeras por conta do app, não recomendo… XIAMO E MUITO SUPERIOR!!!

Não comprem câmeras que dependam desse app para funcionar, esse aplicativo é péssimo, cheio de anúncios, e as câmeras não rodam, quando abre fica travando a todo momento. Inútil e me fez gastar dinheiro pra ter raiva.

Aplicativo horrível, quando você tenta abrir para visualizar a câmera, não consegue visualizar as imagens, devido a tantos anúncios que aparecem, você tenta fechar, mas não consegue!
Não recomendo.
