Decent camera, not a very good app.
I’ve had the peephole camera for about a year. Spent a lot of time researching for something that I didn’t have to use some kind of cloud to store videos. It’s good for that reason, and it has been helpful as a camera. But the app has been frustrating at times. It feels slow to load and respond, and the new AI feature is hilariously useless. I reached out to support to find a way to turn it off because it takes up so much space when reviewing what’s captured. They purposefully wasted my time asking for unnecessary information like a screenshot of the problem in order to answer my question. Then they never even responded. So good luck to anyone else who needs to contact “support.” It’s incredibly annoying using the app now, and if I knew it would be this bad I wouldn’t have bought the camera at all.
