Great product. I had a problem with red lights on my camera for ages. I thought was a firmware issue. And couldn't find the support. Turns out I needed a new USB adapter. Problem solved.
Abysmal, terrible intercom
This unit has never worked properly since I got it, customer support is non existent, do this do that, days to respond, I paid £400 for the system and it’s useless. The app is so basic it’s useless too, needs a signal right next to it and given it’s an external intercom system that has meant I’ve had to spend another £260 getting one fitted! Avoid EZVIZ

Red lights. Always
Since I updated the app. Can't connect to camera. Maybe it's a coincidence. Lights stay red. Even if I hold reset - the lights stay red. Seems like a firmware issue maybe. But can't update as can't connect.
Reliable camera that never disappoints!
I’ve been using this indoor camera since 2023, and it has never failed me! We’ve already moved to two different houses, and the camera is still working perfectly fine. It’s been reliable all these years, which is honestly impressive.
One of my favourite features is that we can communicate with our family members through the camera, which makes it so convenient when we’re in different rooms or just want to check in with each other.
After several years and two moves, it’s still going strong. Definitely a great purchase, and I would highly recommend it!

Do not get any EZVIZ product
This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. The products work for a short time and then when you have problems their customer service might as well be non existent. They only give you generic responses that you could already find on the internet if you take the time to look. I truly believe they do not know how their own products work. I have been dealing with an issue with my security cameras for about a year now, still is not fixed and the more I deal with them the worse things get. Do not deal with EZVIZ!

EZVIZ CCTV cameras and Smart home system
I am loving it accidentally come a cross EZVIZ system now I am addicted my house fully automated security system and lightning system thanks to EazVIZ more to do but some items like smart relay not available in UK market. EZVIZ must introduce that to UK market too. Great security great after care from EZVIZ support team. I never go back to any other systems. I would like EZVIZ to bring more new inventions so that we can benefit too. Security at highest levels. Need to refine camera detection like AI few false alarm triggering like human detection and vehicle detection without any of those presence. But fully reliable only bit concerned is not all POE cameras very few only . Great to have all EZVIZ cameras coming with POE so that we can use single cable to run all PTZ and fix cameras . These comments to improve the system. I would like to see more high tech inventions from EZVIZ good luck

I have 12 of these and they are all Wi-Fi IP cameras. I love the ease of use, the friendliness of the app, all the different features like defining the notification area. I have used them with and without the cloud service, which I feel is a pretty reasonable price. I have different generations of them, but mine are all bullet cameras because that’s what I wanted. The only thing I wish is that there was a camera with a wider field of view. And I don’t know why they’re not selling them in the US anymore. I hope that changes because I need to buy a couple more! Love these!!! some have been up for several years!

My cs-hp4 can only send notification when someone pushes the alarm button. Useless device, useless support
