I love the app, the only confusing part is swiping through jobs. If you click on a job, then switch back to the job list, it takes you back to the first one on the list, making it hard to find where you left off. I’ve clicked on the same job over and over before memorizing the info listed so I don’t click on it again.

Won’t let me delete my account
As the title states, their app won’t let me delete my account. On top of this, they also won’t let me cancel my subscription, even after I followed the steps they provided. I’ll be filing a claim with my bank as this is fraudulent.
Awful bug!! The app does work, the sign in page is glitched!
I used to love this app as a nanny, and I have worked with wonderful families on Care for years. But now, ever since this last update, the app will not even open, even with updates/restarts etc. I cannot even attempt to log in or type anything at all.
And a while back they decided to get rid of a lot of features for caregivers on their website, which was also a horrible business idea.
Please update this bug soon or else I’m about to have to cancel my membership. It says “There was a problem starting sign-in. Please try again later….” Etc. And then it says login error 4, app auth general error -5.

Awesome App!
This App has connected me with so many wonderful families. I’ve learned about this app through a friend and I haven’t regretted any dollar spent on it for the subscription. I recommend this app to any babysitter wanting to expand their family connections.
This app is a great service
I have enjoyed being able to see the possible Caring jobs in my area. It’s invaluable.
Love the app!, but
It needs a touch more organization from looking at potential jobs. You don’t need to see all the ones you’ve already seen. And then applying it doesn’t show you your bio in case it needs editing for that particular job.

If you're a teen looking for jobs, keep scrolling. This app is not it. I'm 14 and couldn't even get past the sign up because you have to be 18 to be a caregiver on this app. I just wanna make money caring for pets bro 💔
App updates
Not a fan of the frequent app updates. Your phone updates and explains the changes made care frequently updates with no explanations of new features
Lacking!
Main issue - a membership cost for caregivers is not appropriate. As far as usability, I’ve encountered a glitch with my Availability Settings multiple times. I set my availability to Unavailable and the app will reset it to Available hours or days later. Also in my experience it would be helpful if Care required employers to be more detailed and accurate in their postings/profiles.
