Unable to write reviews for 20 years
I’ve been booking with this app for 20 years so for that reason I love it. But all the families I’ve worked for were unable to leave me a review and there’s no customer service for you to help me with this.

Great app easy to use many jobs available

I can’t get the app to do anything. It keeps reverting me back to the log in page. When I do get a little further, I am still dealing with glitches and limited information.

Be more responsive to subscribers paying for this service!!!
Getting access to customer service is nearly impossible. I have ongoing issues that cannot even be addressed.
Too many people with unuse accounts
A lot of people open an account here and do not respond to when we apply for jobs. I think the app should do a little bit of a better job when monitoring who is actively searching for Service and discontinue drop posts that have not been monitored for a certain amount of period

I’m grateful knowing all the families I have connected with get to know they will get an almost complete look at qualifications and level of care and options for their budget. I feel safe I am choosing families from a reputable company too.
Used to use it, not anymore
I am so unbelievably tired of perfectly serviceable websites being turned into subpar apps. It is buggy and difficult to navigate. That, however, wasn't what prompted me to stop using the service and write a review. No, what made me decide "this isn't worth it anymore" was the prompt to "verify my identity" via a third party, private company (Veriff) that is known to have had data breaches in the past. You want me to give an unreliable third party a scan of my face and a copy of my ID? Why did I even pay for a background check, then??

No longer tolerate manipulation
The instructions to cancel on IOS are completely outdated on purpose. Had to go on desktop just to cancel. I no longer tolerate scummy business practices and neither should you! Especially for an app that oversees elder and child care
I hate the care app
The care app sucks so bad I miss the web browser. I can’t even get notifications on time. They’re way later my messages don’t load so I don’t get them right away so see if I’m planning on having an interview in 10 minutes. I have to wait over 25 minutes to get the message it’s ridiculous
No one responds
parents can post and look for nannies but it costs them money to respond, waste of your money just use facebook groups.

Hello there, yesterday I just purchased a membership and it will not me log into the app. The app keeps saying error . I just paid my money I need to be able to get on if this is going to be an issue I would like my money back thank you .

this app sucks it makes you think your all set up but are you? NO! this stupid app makes YOU pay a monthly subscription all to try and find a simple little job
Good app
This app is good, I’ve found some good jobs. But it recommends me jobs that are in other states which is super odd. They also recommend me jobs that aren’t in my availability which I don’t like. Also you can’t review families which is super important for getting a job.
