If I could give it zero stars, I would. I called multiple times to cancel my membership and each time I was told that I would receive a callback from a manager. I never did. The app itself is extremely challenging to use and very glitchy. Do not waste your money or your time. You will not receive a refund no matter how hard you try totally a scam.

They will keep renewing your policy, even when you cancel

Non-Existent Customer Service
Easily one of the companies most lacking in any semblance of customer service. Their app frequently has tech issues, such as messages not appearing. Their standard turn around time to speak to a supervisor is 48 hours, if you're lucky. And if you have a tech issue, then they say it could take about a week for a response (not the solution necessarily, but a response). As far as companies that link you to service providers, I would look elsewhere

Only useful to subscribers
It’s fairly useless unless you’re planning on the subscription. It says you can wait for applicants but even if they apply to your listing you still aren’t allowed to talk to them without buying the subscription. You’re going to have to subscribe if you want to use it for anything.
Paying but always glitching
I don’t appreciate the fact that I have to pay a yearly fee on this app but it’s constantly down. Because the mobile version doesn’t allow you to do everything, if forces you to the app. You come to the app, and it’s constantly down. I’ve barely been on the app for 2 weeks and it’s already been down 3 times. It makes you look absolutely unprofessional to potential families because of the late replies due to not having access to your messages via app. When it’s working, it’s nice how you can be so detailed in your bio, while also seeing what families are looking for.

Subscription renews at 2x higher rate than stated in App
Beware: I was a subscriber and the renewal page through the app said that it would renew at a certain rate, but it actually renewed at a rate $75 higher. Before renewal, I had confirmed the lower rate, but my card was charged the higher rate. So, the renewal rate shown though the app, and confirmed by a representative over the phone, is not the real rate they will charge for renewal.
