Unless you’re going to be paying $20+ an hour for a person I would not bother even attempting to try because of forces you to pay and then they refuse to refund you when you find out that it’s not for you there is no tested out for 24 hours or 36 hours or something just to see if it’ll work. You’ll have better luck on Facebook.
I’ve already contacted them, it was pointless, I’ve already started to let others know this isn’t worth it. And had it removed from the help posted section for my network.

Met caring people
Hi, I highly recommend care.com. I have found excellent help on this app for years. Had some great babysitters. Currently kids are older, now needing tutoring. The app is so easy to use. Making a posting is easy. I swiftly got back a bunch of very qualified applicants who were available at the times I needed. I ready appreciate the safety features on care.com. I will probably use this app again when I need elder care for my parents. Thanks care.com!

This app charges you to connect you, I’ve talked with over 20 sitters and none can make the schedule work. I’ve paid monthly for this app and it’s done nothing for me.
Ridiculous to have to pay to join
Seems to have good options to choose from, however, you’re required to pay a monthly fee to join. Not a good business model if you just need a caregiver for short term. They need to make this free and then charge caregivers a fee to have a booking
Too expensive and can’t pay hires through app.
Not worth it. $188.02 for paying for unlimited “enhanced” background and MVR checks. On top of the annual or monthly rates they charge just so you can message potential caregivers that don’t have reviews because they themselves don’t even know how to use the app.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I called multiple times to cancel my membership and each time I was told that I would receive a callback from a manager. I never did. The app itself is extremely challenging to use and very glitchy. Do not waste your money or your time. You will not receive a refund no matter how hard you try totally a scam.
