First, we want to assure you that there has been no data breach. Your data remains safe, secure, and is never sold to any third party by us. The email you received did not originate from us. It is part of your new GI provider’s standard process, as they partner with Manifest for online pharmacy services. However, we completely understand if you’d like to confirm this directly with your provider’s office. In light of this information, we would sincerely appreciate it if you could consider amending your review. We’re always happy to clarify any concerns and provide additional details. Inaccurate notifications two days before an outpatient procedure.
Update: I’m not calling you to tell you what’s wrong with your app without a consulting fee— I’m a patient, not your employee.
Worse, my wife was my caretaker for this procedure, but when using the app with her own login it showed her logged in as me. She filled out the survey that she was prompted to, to tell you that information. I went to complete the survey and guess what? It’s all her answers! What an enormous waste of time. I can’t imagine anyone believes you when you claim you work closely with health care providers. The lack of proper functionality in your app suggests that’s not true.
