its a scam

the fact you have to return the bike every 45minutes is crazy already, but not mentioning it anywhere and then charging me 280dirhams is even crazier. theyre only trying to steal your money and it is not at all worth the hadtle. lets not even mention the fact that careem pay does not work on the app whatsoever, its only an option that has no function. the entire app is bad and it literally has no help area on the app if something goes wrong. -1/10. wouldnt recommend.

US and UK credit cards not accepted

After crediting money using Apple Pay , I was not able to add 2 of my USA credits cards to the Careem app. After many calls with my bank and several calls with Careem and Careem Bike so-called customer service, I am told US or UK issued credit cards won’t be accepted to the bike app. Great news to hear after adding Dirhams to the account that you can’t rent a bike. Careem won’t refund the money. I’m sure careem will top the Fortune 500 list at this rate of swindling.
