Frustrated Support Work
It’s frustrating that I have had to reinstall for a second time in a week because my app is NOT syncing no matter what I do… even with IT support. I should be to see updates to my roster minutes after they’ve been added/ changed!!
Horrible user experience
Can't login through biometrics and have to type my credentials most times I need to use the app.
Why the work week is set to start on Sunday and no option to change it to Monday?
App also has to be reopened frequently because of graphical glitches when needing to be select through the app switcher.
I feel like the company is not allocating any resources for improving the app or fixing existing bugs.
No choice for most of us unfortunately since the app is chosen by our employer

Laggy and doesnt work well
Hope no one buy this for their employees. Worst app you can think of as it makes lots of complications with shifts.
