Very clunky, often can’t log on. Not reliable. Very poor
Frustrated Support Work
It’s frustrating that I have had to reinstall for a second time in a week because my app is NOT syncing no matter what I do… even with IT support. I should be to see updates to my roster minutes after they’ve been added/ changed!!
Horrible user experience
Can't login through biometrics and have to type my credentials most times I need to use the app.
Why the work week is set to start on Sunday and no option to change it to Monday?
App also has to be reopened frequently because of graphical glitches when needing to be select through the app switcher.
I feel like the company is not allocating any resources for improving the app or fixing existing bugs.
No choice for most of us unfortunately since the app is chosen by our employer

Laggy and doesnt work well
Hope no one buy this for their employees. Worst app you can think of as it makes lots of complications with shifts.
Frozen app
This app it’s terrible sometimes doesn’t let me log in
Used for work
This app isn’t reliable to use when it comes to doing shift notes as it freezes and signs you out. Would be nice if it can be more reliable to use. Shift notes are very important

app black outs
App keeps blacking out when i try to lock in and sometimes kicks me out, Very unstable
Won’t open
This app creates problems when I open it. The login page won’t open and I’m constantly having to reboot my phone. Have you a solution to this problem.
Slow
very slow irritating every time i had to delete the app and reinstall in order to view the data , When you need to view the timesheet and everythi g it just get blank very hopeless app

It allows tracking but does NOT allow push notifications or calendar sync.
So it violates privacy but is not convenient at all.
To use it you have to remember to log in and out every single time with no reminders & no notifications and if you make a mistake too late you can’t fix your error.
And to top it all off the app drains the absolute life out of your phone battery causing a dead phone with no capability to log in or out.

Impossible to login most of the time
I didn’t like this app at all as you have to delete and reinstall every time you login.
Phone restart
Most times before I click on this app I’m praying I don’t have to restart my phone , it goes blank and I can’t access it until I restart my phone !
Doesn’t Sync
Whenever I try to sync to check the update roaster.. it never sync.. and I have to delete whole app and install again.
Great when it works.
Last update has caused nothing but trouble. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall after each shift. Fingers crossed
Hard to log in
I cannot log in from time to time even though I put the right user name and password. It's really frustrating when I need to log in to confirm my shift. Sometimes I can log in after turning off my phone and switching on again, but sometimes I still cannot log in after restarting my phone. My company IT support team doesn't have any solution, can anyone from Carelink help? Thanks

Locked out and IT fix is far too slow!
App has locked me out for 2 days so far for entering wrong password, and despite an email sent to support I am still in a queue .. Some staff say it could be up to a week from previous experiences.
I cannot see my shifts, clock on or off shifts, access care plans or write my notes.
This may affect my pay also.
The change password setting is also disabled.

Only an email contact and no phone support.
A temporary lock out, or the option to prove your identity through an email link to unlock the app independently would help greatly!
Or if the change password option was enabled it would fix this huge inconvenience.

No landscape screen support
In this day and age an app that doesn’t support flipping the screen to landscape is ridiculous and limiting. This should be corrected asap.
Got an iPad and keyboard to use at work and the damn app stays in portrait making it unusable on an iPad with keyboard.

80% blank screen black or white?
This is generally quite a good application, although recently when I have gone into this app, it has given me a black or a white screen and the only way to fix it is to turn my phone off and then turn it on again? Could you guys please address this problem or advise us on the best course of action to prevent this.

So convenient!
I love being able to see my roster and do my progress notes from my phone. Also now we can apply for shifts through the app which is more convenient than phone calls. Love it!
