Borderline Unusable
App is very slow with long wait times between page loads made even worse if you have to switch to another app and come back. Password creation is not compatible with password managers. Notification Center requires too many steps to read and delete messages. Can’t set preferences for the types of notifications you can receive. Everything is manual - action > link to external website > come back > wait forever to load > tell the app you did the action. If I wasn’t forced to use this app, I wouldn’t.

Awful
The slowness, constant glitches, and disorienting set up feels very intentional. It’s like it’s set up to frustrate and discourage you from completing anything. It gets worse from one year to the next. I dread using this app at the start of each year.
Messages
Please give the option to select all messages and mark as read and/or delete them all. Having to go through each one individually and say whether or not you want to delete them is tedious.

Impossible to reset PW, just get ‘network error’ when entering known USN

Hate that I can’t see my insurance card any more. Why bother with the app?
Glitches
For some reason, the pages to deduct from your rewards to payroll and to HSA are both blank, even though there’s money available.

Truly one of the most annoying apps. The lag between hitting a button and getting to the next screen is so frustrating. Logging in takes almost a minute if it works at all. Disappointing that this is the only way to get credit for Heath insurance plan, can’t wait for our company to move to another software app for that!

Awful app. The background support (servers, connection, account etc. Are painfully slow. How can an app created to manage health cause so much stress?
Network error
App worked great but now it keeps saying there is a network error and I can’t login.
Useless middleman app
This app doesn’t provide any useful benefit. It is simply a collection of links to other sites that have real information. I’ve downloaded it because my work seems to require it in order to be able to understand how my benefits work.
Software/ server issues
App requested for me to change my password. I made several attempts following their criteria but it wouldn’t let me update my password. I even went online with my laptop and received a server error.
I know my password is correct because it prompts me to a screen to update my password. If I purposely input a random password, I get the “invalid password” error.

Fix your app!
No longer able to login to app or full website following most recent update.
No longer works after update.
This app was great until their last update. Ever since then I have not been able to login. I try to get my username and it just says try again over and over again. I try to reset my password and it says my account doesn’t exist. I try to register for a new account, and yet again it doesn’t do anything except tell me to try again. Please fix this app.
