The app is Great with one issue
I am facing an issue, when I hit skip exercise the app closes down.
Terrible billing practice
Hot billed way more than quoted and service provided was not good. Support was unable to clarify anything about billing practices. I don’t trust this company and would avoid them at all costs.
Deceptive practices
They sent me a letter claiming virtual care zero cost and then charged $50 for session till I see their claims on my account
Very pleasantly surprised
After having shoulder surgery about 5 months ago, I exhausted my PT visit limit with my insurance. I still was struggling with post-op recovery, and I thought I’d give this a try, since my employer offered it. I was pretty skeptical, thinking there’s no way a virtual visit is going to be anywhere near effective. After the initial screening, I had an appointment set up with an actual PT. He was able to review my range of motion and give me a treatment plan. The exercises are easy to follow and I’ve made more progress in a month than I had with in clinic visits. Super impressed with this app/program. It’s not for every situation, as there are absolutely times where in clinic, hands-on visits are appropriate. Again, very surprised this worked as well as it did.

App issues and billing
I have been having issue with the app working for me. It constantly tells me i have an appointment, but when I open the app nothing is there. Additionally, I was told through Omada, my appointment would not cost anything, and I was billed anyway. Im sure this is a good service, but it is filled with glitches.
