Update not as good

I was using the previous version every day. The new version does not fit the screen of my iPhone SE and I can no longer submit progress at the end of the routine. I’ve stopped using the app altogether.

Working with a therapist

Working with a therapist is definitely helpful
My therapist is Courtney and we do it virtually on line .I don’t think I would have gotten rid of my pain is it were not for her.
Wasn’t sure if I would be in a wheelchair today and given up if it wasn’t for her and a friend who recommended her.

App functionality is not worthy of the exercise program

Unfortunately, the app does not function well. It is a hindrance. It's difficult to get a session started. I have to hit the button to start the session something like ten times before it will finally start. (And yes, I closed out of app, restarted phone, etc.) I've been doing my program regularly and the app says I haven't. The partying animals at the end of a session are nice but the front page of the app says I'm derelict. Not very motivating. I'd prefer to just log my program on paper at this point. The only reason I continue with the app is that my PT can see what I'm up to. He told me that the app is buggy and that my sessions do get logged even if on my side it doesn't look like it. I agree with another reviewer that the machine lady voice barking "three, two, one..." is unpleasant.
This app needs some work.

PTX miracle

I cannot say enough about PTX. I got in touch years ago before s knee surgery and got so much help and relief at that time. Now I’m suffering with sciatica and John gave me a new program for that and it’s gone!!!
Please people- do yourself a favor and try this

Easy to use at home therapy

The therapy was useful for my neck and back pain, and the app is very easy to follow. It’s great to have an app where I can do personalized exercises at home. I didn’t have to chase down a PT covered by my insurance, I could just signup and get started.
