User reviews

ROM Coach genuinely changed the way I move and train.

A few years ago, I had persistent knee pain. An MRI showed a meniscus injury, and I used to feel pain while running and during other sports. Since consistently working through the ROM Coach system, my knee has become completely pain-free. Today I can run, lift, and play sports without the issues that used to hold me back.

The biggest transformation, however, was my shoulder. I developed severe shoulder impingement from years of poor mobility and compensating with bad movement patterns during pull-ups and other upper-body exercises. Surgery was being discussed, but I decided to commit to improving my movement quality instead. Over time, ROM Coach helped me restore my shoulder mobility, improve my posture, and eliminate the pain completely. Today my shoulder is stronger, more mobile, and pain-free. For anyone going through something similar: don't expect overnight results. It took me well over a year of consistent work to get there, but it was absolutely worth it.

I've been following the program for about five years - not always perfectly consistent, but consistently enough to experience the long-term benefits. This isn't a quick-fix program. It's mentally challenging and requires patience because you're retraining how your body moves. But that's exactly what makes it so rewarding. The improvements don't happen overnight, yet if you stay with it, the results are incredible.

One thing that deserves special mention is the foot training. If you commit to the foot strength routines over the long term, they completely change the way you walk and run. For me, they created an entirely new feeling of movement - lighter, more controlled, and more enjoyable. Regaining strength and balance from the ground up, starting with the feet, has given me a level of body awareness and control that I never knew I was missing.

If you're willing to invest in your body for the long term, I honestly believe ROM Coach is one of the best programs available. It has given me pain-free movement, better mobility, and a level of confidence in my body that I never thought I'd have again.

This is amazing.

I have been using this app for a few months and it’s really helped me restore movement. I had to contact ROM for tech assistance and they were really prompt and helpful. Highly recommend.

Keep Moving

As a 59 year old who is starting to feel the aging process this a great tool to make sure I can keep moving for years to come. I lift weights and do cardio a couple of times a week but this app keeps me in tune with my limitations and helps me improve on them. Thanks for the great app.

Great app

I'm an active elder (80). This app is like having my own private coach anytime of day. Eric and his staff answer questions about any of the hundreds of exercises they have shortly after I submit them. And they have exercises for specific body parts, injuries, open gym if you care to participate and more. My list goes on and on. I've been using this app for a couple of years and I'll continue indefinitely.
