Unique, Most Useful

Several years ago, I was suffering with hip problems. I had to stretch everyday to get relief. I hated going to bed, because I knew I’d wake ip stiff and have to start again. Everyone advised hip surgery. I found Coach E on YouTube. “Stop Stretching and Start Strengthening.”

His exercise movements are totally UNIGUE !!

It’s been 5 years and I am basically pain free and friends are amazed at the difference.

Excellent PT

These programs are easy to follow, thorough and really work. Why go through the hassle and expense of PT therapy when you can have unlimited access from this terrific app? My insurance won’t pay for enough sessions to do the job anyway. The videos are great, the progressions are sensible, any problem I’ve had in the last 3-4 years has cleared up easily.
