I have been using this app for a couple of years now and my mobility has improved significantly! Love the variety of exercises, different video lengths! Grayson is an excellent teacher with tons of energy!

Great mobility results without a big time commitment. Feels attainable and am able to stay consistent. Moving and feeling so much better

Edit: After almost a year of use, I still love the app, but would like to see one small change. The play/pause arrow is embedded in the video progress bar. When try to pause the video I often change my place in the video. This normally occurs due to trying to pause because of a muscle cramp which significantly degrades my fine motor skills and leads to fat finger-itis!
Love the app. 75 sessions in so far doing primarily the daily videos, and most days I don’t want to curse the guy in the video (Dr. Grayson I presume) 😂.
There are a wide variety of exercises/stretches that cover the entire body. My goal, as a guy in his 50’s, is not to do the splits, but simply to retain the ability to move comfortably as I age. Movement Vault is helping with that!
