App works. But not on iOS 26
Come on guys, 3 years since an update. Wake up. Fix notifications for ios26.
Doesn’t work well
We tried many times to do a video call and I would get device couldn’t be found, or video locks up. Many other functions don’t perform like you think they should. We are returning the watch.
Will not connect to watch
Will not connect to watch. I can ring the watch and the watch can call me but this app is a dud

Absolutely nothing in this app is working. I can’t use the watches at all - can’t add contacts, track, use sos.

App is showing where my daughter was yesterday not updating at all the app is hard to understand I wouldn’t bother only safety feature that does work is the phone will be finding another watch with better app asap
Janky garbage. Do not buy this crap app or watch
Nothing on this app works well. Keyboard entries pulls up keyboards that aren’t related. Watch removal notifications flood your phone despite the setting for this notification being disabled and the app being deleted and reinstalled. Constant headache. Any time you open location based menus it takes you to China. Just absolute trash programming. Considering this type of app can’t be that complicated and the world is full of programmers, it would seem the owner of this app either purposely made the app to frustrate and collect personal data to sell OR they don’t care about it’s users needs. Supposed to connect parents and children but it instead puts up barrier after barrier. Even the watch is flimsy and the screen is prone to cracks. One crack and it’s done. Don’t buy the watch associated with this app and don’t use this app!

Watch removal app notification
On the latest version even if we disable the watch removal sms alert we are still getting a notification from the App itself everytime the watch moves. Any way to disable to removal app notification message? (App notification not sms).
Alert removal stuck
I disabled the sms alert for the removal prompt but still getting a lot and a lot of sms for this disabled one.
Unable to sign in after update
Just updated the app and now i am unable to sign in.
Doesn’t work - app won’t let me register
App is broken, I get an error saying “the old version have stopped, please update the latest verison, thanks!” Yes, incorrect spelling and all. This is the current downloadable version.
Not a full download of categories
Why does the app not download onto iPhone as it looks in the store. There area few categories that don’t download therefore limiting the functionality of the kids o’clock watch.

This app does not work properly it doesn’t let me login again! Means I can’t see where my child is and can’t add more contacts and so on. I also cannot get a new password as the app tells me that the email address is used to login is not registered?!
Under Rated
I feel this app and the kids watch that it works with (Owl Cowl) are not highlighted enough. I did a ton of research looking at all the kids watches available and only this one has all the features a parent and child would want.

Yes, it takes a small amount of tinkering and a SIM card for the watch, but this app appears to work well with the watch and my kids can be connected to me ... even when I am traveling.
This package of the kids watch and this app are a great value.
