App rarely lets me log in, error message login timed out. Very inconvenient when I bought watch to keep an eye out for my son's school bus arriving and anticipate traffic delays.
Can only access one child’s device
The app upgraded and now I can only access one of my children’s devices. Meaning I can’t add new contacts, among other things. I have messaged the within the app about it and received no response
App works. But not on iOS 26
Come on guys, 3 years since an update. Wake up. Fix notifications for ios26.
Terrible app
Chronic app. Doesn’t do anything it’s supposed too. Can’t add to phone book. GPS doesn’t update, even though the watch has a 5G with full service sim. The watch company is useless also not wanting to fix any issues.
Terrible and non intuitive
This app is not helpful at all for setting up my kids watch. Can’t add contact numbers, can’t add SOS numbers, can’t add my other child’s watch. It’s not clear who the user interface is set up for, the parent or the main child.
