Doesn’t work well

We tried many times to do a video call and I would get device couldn’t be found, or video locks up. Many other functions don’t perform like you think they should. We are returning the watch.

Will not connect to watch. I can ring the watch and the watch can call me but this app is a dud

Absolutely nothing in this app is working. I can’t use the watches at all - can’t add contacts, track, use sos.

App is showing where my daughter was yesterday not updating at all the app is hard to understand I wouldn’t bother only safety feature that does work is the phone will be finding another watch with better app asap
