App works. But not on iOS 26
Come on guys, 3 years since an update. Wake up. Fix notifications for ios26.
Terrible app
Chronic app. Doesn’t do anything it’s supposed too. Can’t add to phone book. GPS doesn’t update, even though the watch has a 5G with full service sim. The watch company is useless also not wanting to fix any issues.
Terrible and non intuitive
This app is not helpful at all for setting up my kids watch. Can’t add contact numbers, can’t add SOS numbers, can’t add my other child’s watch. It’s not clear who the user interface is set up for, the parent or the main child.

Doesn’t work well
We tried many times to do a video call and I would get device couldn’t be found, or video locks up. Many other functions don’t perform like you think they should. We are returning the watch.
