needs design improvement
It takes five minutes to clock out because the flow is so poorly designed I should just be able to clock out and then be prompted to answer all of the questions, capture signature and be done instead of navigating back-and-forth and back-and-forth. Also, if I put in the hours that I’m going to be working if I am at the location. Why don’t you just automatically clock me out?

So simple and very clear to use
After trying a new company we came right back to CareSmartz 360. Our schedules make more sense and everything is clear for our work/ clients. The only thing I would change is to have two different addresses available for clock in/ out times. But thank you for keeping it simple.

I just wanted to share my positive experience using the CareSmartz caregiver application. It has been a very helpful tool in managing my caregiving responsibilities. The app is user-friendly, reliable, and has all the features I need, like scheduling, tracking hours, and client updates. It really makes my work more organized and efficient. I think I will give small opinion about Visit notes input , i wish I can edit it. All in all, the app and the features itself are very reliable and I am very satisfied. Thank you

App continues to monitor location in the background
Not a very well written app, looks like very lazy coding. And location monitoring continues even after clocking out unless you force quit the app.

Everything is good, except when you are changes weekly/monthly. You have to start all over, you can’t just go forward or back. No (back) option.
