App doesn’t work
When you click on the boxes to type your log in information the entire app freezes. If you wait long enough the screen might turn full purple. That’s it though. You can’t get any further. I don’t understand why they made this new app. The old one worked perfectly fine. This one is horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

AUTOPAY
I’ve signed up & re-signed up & re-signed up for autopay on the app & continue to get a paper bill bc none of the payments are being taken out. I’ve called twice now without success
Not very informative
It’s very difficult to know exactly what is covered with my insurance policy. There is no search bar either to be able to go to a specific topic.
Literally unusable
Haven’t been able to sign into my account for weeks. I request a password reset email and I never receive it. Same with SMS texts the website is claiming to send me. I simply do not receive anything so now I cannot use the app or website at all. Others are commenting about having this same issue.

Too many places to go to get information.
The site is glitchy and I often have to go back in and relogin. Going to find a doctor is never accurate. Even calling in a doctor that was supposedly at the hospital was not. Not intuitive at all.
I think it’s a joke right?
I really can’t tell if it’s one of those things made so poorly as a joke or if this is real.

I can’t log in on the app. It won’t send me verification notifications to my phone number or email. So far not happy.

Well guess the app is all you get if you work full time and their hours are 8-5. Give me a break. You call this an informative app? 90% of drs listed is a lie

App never works
Month after month I constantly have trouble logging in. Face ID never works and than I have to re enter password. I get a sms text to verify but when I enter it does nothing. Can’t pay my invoices. Can’t log in from the website either.
Needs Fixed
I can’t log-in. When I try to verify through one of the security methods nothing happens. No email, no phone call, no text. I’m sure that I had the correct log-in info. It’s the same thing on the website. I have been having this issue for a few months. There seems to be a lot of this same complaint in the most recent section of the reviews. There are programs that can only be signed up online and we can’t get to them. I wonder if the state knows this? I tried to go to app support before I left a review and that page doesn’t even exist. It takes you to a blank page.

This site is very hard to use. It is not always up to date. It always give an error message that you cannot sign, even though you can. It is very confusing!
Login problems
I’ve trying to login for a whole week and nothinghappens it keeps loading without logging in . Very slow app
Annoying but consistent
Every time I log in to the app, these things annoy me:
-It asks me to update my plan (which I’ve already done)
-No dark mode
It DOES allow me to pay my bill, which is nice.
