Worst app ever
Tried to log in using my phone and it doesn’t work.
Goes in circles if you’re trying to reset password.
Called for help last October and was told they were working on it - clearly a lie - 5 months later still not resolved.
How can you manage my funds if you can’t even fix your basic app ????

2024 nothing has changed
As a care member for 30 years you would think they could design a better app. You constantly need to delete and reinstall the app, it becomes locked and stuck on the same page and you can’t go back to the main menu. The app is about the same standard as cares customer service.
Very poor application
One of the worst IOS apps I’ve come across, regularly losing credentials and requiring to re-authenticate from scratch virtually every time I try use the app. Also if you try leave app to pick up MFA details, app then reverts back to login screen again. Just horrible.
Problems still not fixed
After pointing out to Care Super that their app stops working after logging in a few times, they sent me an email with a long list of irrelevant questions and then phoned me to twice to discuss further in addition to another couple of emails, instead of just fixing the problem. As explained, they need to be checking their reviews because there is a long list of complaints here repeating the same problems, and having an app that doesn’t work is not in the realm of clients’ expectations. The impression is of a couple of high school students designing their IT and leaves you wondering how safe the company is. I’ve said all this to them, but are they listening?

Frustrating
Whoever is providing IT support for this app should have been relieved of their duties long ago, nothing has changed in three years, it's either idle - cannot log on, or face ID doesn't work, or have to reset all over again. And today all i got was a screen with '413 are you lost?'
The info included about my fund is insufficient, I can't perform some simple requests, and updates to my requests lag so i never know if they're implemented or not.
The fund is doing ok but thinking about changing to Australian Super, as i have a small account with them and their comms and app are so much better!

Session expires too often
This app is slow & old fashioned. The worst aspect is that every few days it tells me my session has expired and forces me to log in and create a PIN. Over and over and over. I’ve reported this to Customer Service and reminded them that it’s a regularly reported fault, but I was simply sent a pro forma kind of response.

I do not recommend using care super.
The app is pathetic you cannot get in once registered. It takes you in circles. The app creator/s need to be sacked. Get someone on who knows what they are doing.
This app is far from acceptable.

At retirement age, actually well over I should be able to draw on my super without feeling like a criminal.
Go to AMP, anywhere but Care Super because let me tell you this.

No update and repeatingly sign in is ridiculous
I do not know why it ask me to re sign in every few days! The apps does not have an update for years and recently they also remove the function to project your future balance… say it is in maintenance for a few month now.
Frustrating and disappointing
Every time I use this app I have to go through the set up process. It’s a waste of time and does nothing to improve the security of the app. When I spoke to customer service they say there is no issue on their side but you read the comments here and realise others have the same problem. Talk to your IT team, make it someone’s job to fix this. Brands wonder why they get terrible feedback and the most basic things are not done properly. Lift your game CareSuper

Great super worst app
I have been with care super for awhile and happy with the fund, but there app is useless. The main issue is you log in and it asks you to setup a 4 digit pin which is fine, but if you don’t login in for awhile even a few days it says session expired and you have to login again and reset the 4 digit pin and most of the time it can’t even open even when you know the pin is right. It shouldn’t be this hard

App constantly logs out
The app content is basic, not flash, but gets the job done. The BIG frustration is constantly having to log on, even after setting up pin codes and facial recognition. I use multiple other apps with these features and they never miss a beat. The load time (once logged in) tends to be on the slower side when compared to other financial apps. Please fix this Care Super!

Haven’t been able to log in for over a year on the app or online. Have called because of this and they said we need to reset your password. However as soon as you click the reset password link it take you to a blank page and doesn’t do anything.
How are people supposed to look up details in their account when we don’t even have access to it

Useless
As soon as I downloaded this app it wouldn’t even let me log in. Just said to close and try again, I did so and even deleted and re downloaded and it still did not work. I suggest upgrading and fixing this issue for all those loyal customers who are still with Care Super. Very annoying to have to go online everytime since the app will not work.

Every time I have to log on like it’s the website. Even after setting up the PIN several times. A poorly executed app.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever had to use it is so difficult. Basically it stops you from getting to your super and looking at it any time you want to they just make it so hard. You would think the money is there money and not yours. Used to be so much easier to use the app before they brought this one out it’s a shocker. Vic Dandenong

This hopelessly incompetent company has done it again. After the farcical performance recently in changing their computer systems, it would have been nice if things had improved.
This looked like a great app and it worked for a while, but now it has reverted to requiring a full log in, not the fingerprint access that was so convenient, despite activating that method and even using it a few times. To top off this sad circus, it now simply freezes after telling me I have been identified.
What are these people paid for?

Works well
I know there was some registration problems back in May but the app has worked really well for me, I only just downloaded it. The facial recognition feature for iPhone X is really handy. It loads well, gives me all the info I can get through the website and shows so much more detail than the previous app. Love the new vibrant colour scheme too.

Unacceptable app
I tried to register for the app but the form it sends me to doesn’t seem to work on the Safari browser on my iPhone. The next button doesn’t do anything. I managed to fill out the form on Chrome. The subsequent registration link email also doesn’t work “email already registered”. I have now been going back and forth between reregistering and forgotten password but neither is working.
Ridiculous given that CareSuper turned the mobile access off for months to release this new app. This is unacceptable for an organisation to be so technologically inept. Sorry Gian your pretty face cannot make up for that!

This episode we see Care Super snatch defeat from the jaws of victory
They have managed to turn a half reasonable app into a bad version of a web page. Useful annual performer comparisons are now gone. The interface is more sensitive than Donald, and now less clear to use.
Also, the “upgrade” locked me out of my account (whilst they were making updates to an app?!), switched default and back up log in details so at first I though something more serious had gone wrong.
Whoever convinced your organisation that this was an improvement please seek advice from real people.

Constantly crashing
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the App and it still continues to crash. I can log in, after that point if I want to click on any of my information I get a screen loading for a solid 5 mins before it crashes. Terrible App, why even bother if you aren’t going to make it useable.
