Frustrating login circle
I desperately want this app to work but it never does. I’m always sent on a never ending login circle between the Care.com app and the Care@work app. I get a flash of the app and once I tap or engage with the feature I am sent back to the login page. It’s incredibly frustrating and I really wish I could use the app to book and coordinate care, but I always end up having to get on a desktop and login to manage anything.

App redirects to regular care upon opening
I’ve tried to review Nannie’s that we’ve used for work care on here but the app keeps redirecting me to the main care app. I can see in the background before the redirect it has a review and details on the work Nannie’s we’ve been sent but there’s no way to access that information. This is a truly busted experience.

Worst App ever
This App is so problematic. It wouldn’t let me click on things and showed up a message to ask me to use care.com app. But I need to use it to text the nanny. It then generates false phone number.

The app has stopped working- I’m guessing it’s not compatible with the latest iOS update.
Update Infinite Loop
Freshly downloaded the current version from Apple Store - on first launch it alerts that an Update is required (odd… I just downloaded it…). Update sends me back to store which confirms I have latest release and only gives me Open option…. Which sends me back to app which wants to update so back to store….
So completely broken, can’t use. If I could determine a way to harness the energy the infinite loop could power cities with its perpetual motion cycle.

Unable to update
Extremely frustrating when the app wont allow you to update. i’m unable to see anything in my account because it will not get passed the update stage 🤬.
Does Work
Unable to update therefore it will not open.
Non functional app
When the app opens it says to update and upgrade, takes you back to App Store where there is no update only the open app button which starts the whole cycle again.
Can’t use
Ditto… I have attempted to “upgrade”/ update the app on 3 different devices but it doesn’t work. I also have the latest IOS version as well. This needs to be repaired ASAP. It’s quite inconvenient.

Upgrade app not an option.
Really need this for my benefits at work but no way around the app asking to be Upgraded, not an option and won’t go around it. As the other reviews have stated.
Error message
I can not access the app. It says I must “upgrade the app” but I have the latest version. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and I get the same error.
Can’t update app
The app will no longer let me use it and give me an error message that says I must “upgrade”(I assume they mean update) it but there is no way to update. I have the lastest iOS and my phone is compatible. Very frustrating.
Garbage
Downloaded, go to open, says it needs updates but there are none available. Totally worthless and per my backup care email received from care.com this is supposedly the only way to reach out to my backup care provider.
