We are 25 years into the 21st-century and this app is about as good as an 8th grader could build. Users, consider this app to be completely dysfunctional and an embarrassment for an international company of this size. Take it off the store so people don’t download it OR make it something that’s actually useful. Your business is humiliated if you use an app like this because the world runs on immediate communication. Carey is 25 years behind the times. Get with it.

App continues to be frozen on my iPhone 14 Pro Max running 17.4. It’s been that way for months. Even after restarting the app and the phone. Support link is broken too.
Terrible app
This app never works. It is an efficient, Na, customer, friendly, and for someone like me, a very great and regular customer, it’s the most frustrating thing ever. And then calling the company I get the rudest Customer reps. Not sure whatever happened but terrible.

No place to enter existing reservation
I’d love to follow the driver. However, if you download the app after making a reservation, there is no place to enter your existing reservation number.

I cannot get the app to respond. I have downloaded several times and updated with zero response on the front page of the app.

Antiquated app, terrible communication, just poor service
The app is clunky and hard to use. That could be overlooked if Carey communicated with you when they don’t have a driver. I made a booking and it was confirmed with the slick tag line “We promise to provide uncompromising service.“
I arrived to designated pickup area and no one was there. After waiting ten minutes on hold with Carey, a rep says “sorry, we don’t have drivers.”
He said it “must be an IT issue.” No real sense of concern.
So much for “uncompromising service.” The interaction was all I needed to know that Carey is not worth any sort of premium. They do not offer a premium product.
I will avoid Carey and stick with Blacklane (which has much better communication) or Uber.
