What good is it if I can’t download it??
Not so good anymore
This app used to be good. Trying to search for a vehicle with different specs? Good luck. Doesn’t matter what specs you click, the search results don’t change. You want a white vehicle? Here’s blue, black, pink, purple, plus the white you’re really looking for.
Doesn’t work
The app locks up when i try to select a vehicle model.
Locks Up
Using my iPad, this app will lock up when I select a make and model. Every time!
Fake reports
Fake reports. The inspection results don’t match the actual condition at all. It feels like they just copy and paste reports without properly checking the vehicle. I wouldn’t trust their inspections or recommend this place to anyone.
Overheat the phone
This app run so many tracking and additional processes that it cause the phone to overheat and thermally shuts down. Try using it for like 10 minutes and see how dangerously hot your phone is.

Not my favorite
Two things that really annoy me about this app. It gives you a save button to save a search. But nowhere on the app is there a place to go to and select the searches that you saved. I went into the hamburger menu. I clicked on my profile. I re-clicked the safe button. I held down the safe button. After trying this so many times it told me that I had exceeded the maximum number of times that I could save a search (10). I wasn’t trying to save a search. I was trying to find the searches that I had saved. And now the app won’t let me search anymore because something in its logic says the whole thing is filled up. Even if I don’t save a new search, it won’t let me create it. Yes, I tried shutting down the app and restarting it.
I guess this app is linked somehow to the online version of the program. I will probably go online and find all of my saved searches. This is extremely poor programming. Everything should be intuitive in the user interface of the app. There should be no guest work.
The other thing that annoys me is that you can only search for one type of vehicle at a time. Other apps allow you to create a search with multiple makes and multiple models within a make. This app makes you create multiple searches, which you save, but you cannot exceed 9. If you save 10, the app stops working.

Cumbersome, poor performance
Of all the car buying apps I’ve downloaded, this is by far the worst.

Put the navigation back. The new navigation is terrible. Who thought this was a good thing?
Garbage app
Have you tried searching for a car? Try to use your own app and see if it shows you accurate search results. Such a terrible UX

Bring Saved Searches Back
Not sure why the app was updated to be less functional. As someone who uses (used) Carfax primarily on mobile, it’s a serious downgrade to lose access to saved searches and a couple of other things
