Prices are nuts
Not for someone looking to use it once or twice the pricing in app is definitely aimed towards dealers sadly

Open app, click Porsche, click Boxster….app freezes….every time. Unacceptable app development
They don’t report scams
A car dealership lied on carfax showing the car has never gotten into an accident. I come to find out the car was practically totaled. There is no way to report the dealership. Mind you every customer there has the same complaints.

So they took a perfectly good app and ruined it. No longer able to start new search, back button kicks you out of your search CARFAX reports harder to access…great job there
Does not work
The app, simply, does not work. Tap any make, when you go to select model, the app freezes completely. This is with the app completely updated. 0/5 stars
Terribly Designed App
I’ve never seen a worse app. Whenever you tap into a new page, it logs you out. So you have to keep logging back in. Which is done by emailing a code. Which takes 10 minutes to arrive.
Various pages inside the app, open as a web pop-up. It looks horrible and the functionality is minimal.
If I wanted to use the website I’d just do that. Actually, you should anyways. Because this app is terrible.

Doesn’t work
The app locks up when i try to select a vehicle model.
Just an endless loop of logins
Bought 4 report package but can’t use it, charge $119 for 4 reports, and it says I must buy report
Useless update
Since the new update came out, it’s not letting me filter the exact miles on the car. It won’t go lower than 10k miles.

Why would you update the app to only direct the user to…the website! Seriously atrocious. Why have an app and not use a self contained app. If I wanted a web app, I would’ve saved a bookmark. Not even to mention way to change vehicle info is convoluted and then the big old cookies reminder on every single page opened. This app USED to be good.

Terrible customer service. The phone number no one picks up the phone. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks
I’ve had a case open for over two weeks they haven’t corrected yet. All they do is send automated replies that they will fix the issue soon but it’s been over two weeks. Absolutely ridiculous

This app used to be good. Trying to search for a vehicle with different specs? Good luck. Doesn’t matter what specs you click, the search results don’t change. You want a white vehicle? Here’s blue, black, pink, purple, plus the white you’re really looking for.

Locks Up
Using my iPad, this app will lock up when I select a make and model. Every time!
Fake reports
Fake reports. The inspection results don’t match the actual condition at all. It feels like they just copy and paste reports without properly checking the vehicle. I wouldn’t trust their inspections or recommend this place to anyone.
Overheat the phone
This app run so many tracking and additional processes that it cause the phone to overheat and thermally shuts down. Try using it for like 10 minutes and see how dangerously hot your phone is.
