Awful service
Ordered two items two months ago. One item was incorrect. The other item has still not been delivered. Still not resolved with customer service after two months. Horrible experience.
Needs some work
I like the idea and interface but app definitely needs some work. Most items say 3-5 day shipping time but I have waited more than a week for most items. Sometime the videos do not coincide with the exact product you will receive and I have had issues touching base with customer service. The customer service reps are helpful though and work to resolve any issues. I have also had issues with tracking on almost every order. Tracking usually never updates until the item has been delivered or I reach out to customer service. Overall, the app is a great way go find new and trending products which I like, just wish the app was a bit more smooth.

The product is awesome!! Cordless and Self heating .. I wish i had this item growing up as a child in the 90’s..😂😂😂.. Now my son can have a hot lunch at school with a homemade cook meal..Transaction was smooth. I got billed on 2-03-2023 and it was delivered on 2-09-2023.. I strongly recommend this item..It’s worth the price in the long run..

Me: Hi! I placed my order on 12/29/2022 but it hasn't shipped yet.
Cargo: Hi [my name], thanks for checking in! We actually have just recently been notified that this product will only be shipping in early February, I'm so sorry about this. Would you like to hold on to the order until then or, on account of the severe delay, we're of course more than happy to refund and cancel the order, if you prefer. Very sorry for the inconvenience!
Jan 12:
Me: Hi. Is the timeline still the same?
C: Hey there, yes, the estimated arrival time would be around January 31st for the order. :) Feel free to let us know if you would like to keep it or cancel it.
Me: Ok. I will keep it.
C: Sounds good! You'll receive an update text message when it ships :)
Feb 5:
Me: Hello. My order hasn't still shipped. Can you check?
Feb 6:
C: Hi there, thank you for checking in and apologies for the delay! We're in touch with the Seller of the product and will be in touch with an update shortly.
Feb 8:
Me: Hi. Have you heard back from the seller? This is my first order from Cargo and I am getting anxious.
Today is Feb 9 and I haven’t heard back since Feb 6.
The worst shopping experience ever. It is a planner that I ordered and I was told that I would get it around Jan 31 and it hasn’t still shipped. This is not cool. I am going to try to get my order canceled.
