Fix Tarif is fake
When you select fix plan, you expect that it predicts traffic, but in case of Carguru it is not, so I got to pay 1.3x higher rate because the traffic was slow. That’s my conclusion because the app didn’t show any explanations. I went directly to destination without stops and received higher amount to pay than was shown during the booking. It is not honest!

Do NOT rent from this company they cheat and lie. I saw that a 24 hour rental of the vehicle I chose was €25.99. I thought great - I need a car for the day. In the end they charged me over €35 claiming that I had to pay pro kilometer above the charge. It ONLY showed the pro km charge on the short term info. They LIE. I have cancelled my account and will never use them again.
