Renting out dangerous cars
I have rented through GoMore several times before, but recently the experience has become really poor.
On multiple occasions, cars that were supposed to be just a few hundred meters away according to the app turned out to be 2–3 km away. Despite this, they refused to refund the rental.
The worst case was my most recent booking. The car had extremely bad tires, and it was raining when I rented it. Every time I braked, the car would slide—it literally felt like driving on ice. It was seriously dangerous, and I was close to crashing into other cars several times. I had to stop using the car almost immediately for safety reasons.
Despite this, GoMore refused to cancel the booking or provide any refund. They claimed I should have contacted them immediately, but their phone support is only in Spanish, which I do not speak. I contacted them by email as soon as I could after returning, but that was not taken into consideration.

Expérience positive
Parfait, première fois avec GoMore mais sûrement pas la dernière. Tous s’est très bien passé. Super alternative pour éviter les loueurs de voitures qui pratiquent des prix exorbitants sur les véhicules 7 places. Notre expérience avec GoMore était en Finlande. Je recommande vivement pour les familles nombreuses.

⚠️ AVISO URGENTE A PROPIETARIOS DE AMOVENS / GOMORE ⚠️
Quiero advertir a otros usuarios de lo que está ocurriendo para que no les pase lo mismo. Soy propietario de un Fiat 500 con sistema "Sin Llaves" y Amovens me ha dejado totalmente bloqueado.
Tengo un iPhone X en perfecto estado, pero tras la última actualización de la app han subido los requisitos a iOS 17, dejando fuera mi dispositivo. ¿El resultado?
❌ No puedo abrir mi propio coche ni para mantenimiento ni para limpieza.
❌ No puedo gestionar mis reservas, perdiendo ingresos de clientes.
❌ Sigo pagando la suscripción mensual del Sin Llaves por un servicio que han dejado de prestarme.
Lo más indignante es la respuesta oficial de soporte: me dicen literalmente que "me compre un móvil nuevo". Es inaceptable que una empresa que gestiona el acceso a tu propiedad privada te obligue a una inversión de cientos de euros en hardware para que su software funcione, sin dar ninguna alternativa vía web.
Si tienes un iPhone X o anterior, ten mucho cuidado: Amovens te deja sin poder abrir el coche si tienes un iPhone X con IOS 16
