From the US and this was a great way to see Copenhagen and get to castles and museums outside city
Loved this service. Highly recommend as a visitor from the US. Way more affordable than renting a car and also wonderful that it’s an EV and so you don’t have to pay $9 a gallon for gas.
Stinking Car, Bad Experience and Expensive
This is one worst car share experience I have used. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to do this. The car was smelling so bad, I had to drive all through with the windows down, super expensive, after the ride, I couldn’t end the ride on the app because it was showing error, I called the customer care and had to wait 15 minutes before they could pick up just to end a ride, They sent me a super expensive invoice and I had to call them again to rectify the problem. Dont use if you wanna have peace.

New app is awful - Long term customer
I have been a gm customer for over 5 years. The latest app update is absolutely horrible. The old app was indeed buggy and sometimes slow but the concept was good and some of its best features have now been removed. The new app can’t display a list of close by vehicles, icons on the map are way too small and hard to click, the UI is just so bad. Don’t know who tested it in Beta, something definitely got wrong there.
